The checkin process is awful. Hiring some adults please. We have a membership and it still takes 30 min to get in.

for working minimum wage they take their jobs wayyy too seriously. Got yelled at for not having THEIR grip socks, a kid got yelled at for being an inch too high for the last play place. another kid for jumping too high when no kid was around.

Very fun place, many different things to do, my kids love it, never had much of an issue with crowds as most people are spread out!

This place is terrible. Run by teenagers who never check to see when someone's time is up so there are kids who stay for 6 hours just bc their parents don't want to watch them. They also don't check to make sure a parent is present in the building at all times...can u say lawsuit? There are kids that have gotten concussions and broken bones at this location! This is such bad business. They literally need a chucky cheese style of wrist band, the parent leaves..the kid goes with . Period the end.

I love this trampoline park. My daughter is autistic and goes every week. Ryan the manager is incredibly kind and keeps good watch to make sure the kids are being safe.

I got an annual membership for my nephew for one year. After a year, they automatically renewed for another year without any authorization.
