LOVE ALLEZ - you can't go wrong with anything you get. The service is also great- the staff is warm and welcoming! It's a neighborhood gem, a true place where there are regulars. The turkey pesto sandwich is probably the best I've ever had! The Cubano is rich and hot for those who love a hot sandwich. They have rotating specials and even sell their lovely loaves and pastries too.Wish they opened on Sundays to get to go more often! (Also plug they bring back the awesome dinner series - soup + a glass for $17!)

Stumbled upon this low-key gem after making some holiday purchases at nearby Al's Delicious Popcorn and Macron Bar. Corner location with lots of windows letting in the sun. Low key in terms of atmosphere with a very clean minimalist look and in terms of service. We seated ourselves and waited for a good ten minutes before realizing that menus were not coming with the standard glass of water or an explanation of the menu, or any specials. Finally, I went to the front cashier and saw some simple one-page printouts of the menu and asked how ordering worked. (You order at the bar.) Once we got that sorted, a server brought our iced brewed tea and, later, our soup and sandwiches. Water was in a self-service container with glasses at the bar, which we discovered on our own. Many people were working behind the counter, so it was not a lack of service opportunity to greet us and explain how things work. Instead, I think it must be the low-key vibe. Or maybe we were mistaken for regulars that knew the secret code to ordering! Never-the-less, the food was exceptional! Our meals came out quickly and were artisanally presented. I had the Hungarian Sausage soup, which had wonderful, unique flavors with large chunks of spicy sausage and peppers and a dollop of yoghurt. The Cubano sandwich was uniquely flavorful, with a sweet pickle slice instead of the traditional dill. So good! The bread that came with the soup and the Cubano were both phenomenal. While the menu is very small, you should still be able to find something to try for brunch or lunch. Lots of nearby parking on the street and at the Salvation Army around the corner.

Artisan bread is a catch 22. By itself, you can really appreciate it. As the bun for a sandwich, it can often be too tough to bite through. Unfortunately, that's the experience that I had at Allez. Fortunately, I ate the Italian sandwich open faced and it was all good. The baguette was even tougher on the Jambone Beurre, but the toppings on the inside were even better. The open faced technique on this sandwich isolated the layer of bread and helped me taste the herby butter that lined it. This hipster-vibed interior and clientele fit the OTR neighborhood. Could be worth a visit if coffee and/or artisan breads are your version of a good time.

Small French restaurant that serves breakfast and lunch. Excellent homemade French bread. My wife and I had the Cuban sandwich and my son had the ham and cheese (Jambon). We also tried the Sausage Hungarian soup. It was all very good. They also have pound cakes for dessert. Only has a few tables or a bar or window ledge. You must order at the register which they didn't tell us.

Delicious sandwiches, excellent service! Everyone working is very friendly and they always have a vegetarian sandwich option on rotation. VERY reasonably priced and always use high quality ingredients. I just wish they were open on Sundays! Beautiful natural lighting, and tasty sandwiches. What else can you ask for!

Allez Bakery has never done wrong, and the same holds true for this new cafe spot right by their OTR bakery. They still have all the baked goods you know and love, but here you'll also find an extended menu including salads, sandwiches, soups, and coffee. They like to feature seasonal ingredients, so you'll always be treated to something new and unexpected. The space is large and relaxing, perfect for working, studying, or having a casual meetup. The staff is incredibly passionate too and will happily strike up a conversation about their baked goods or their locally featured art. Prices are reasonable and well worth it for every delicious bite.

The vibes inside the restaurant were so cute and it was very spacious for the OTR area. I ordered the Tomato Pesti and Goat Cheese Pastry and I am sooo obsessed with it. The goat cheese was an amazing addition and I need to go back and get another. I also ordered the Tonka bean latte and ordering it for here in the store was definitely the way to go. It tasted delicious and had the perfect amount of sweetness in store but then found when taking it to go it tasted a bit bitter but that could also be because it was getting towards the end. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone in the area!

Try these bakery, they are so delicious This is my first try and it was great. Every bites could show how good of the ingredients. Texture and taste were perfect. I did try Financier, Spicy Ginger Molasses Cake and Cranberry Walnuts Scone. Service is nice. I will be back soon and often. Location is on Main but it was not bad to find the parking.

What a lovely lunch spot! Allez Cafe is warm and bright and has the happiest vibe. Allez Bakery makes the most incredible baked goods and the Cafe uses the items from the Bakery. The menu is small, but it's wonderful. You order at the counter and they give you a table number. The guy who took our order was very nice. There is a self serve water station. I ordered a turkey pesto sandwich on focaccia and a bowl of potato soup. The soup also came with crusty bread for dipping in the broth. Everything was 6/5 stars. It would take approximately zero convincing to get me to eat here again! The bathroom is "all gender" and decorated super cute. Parking is pretty easy to find on nearby streets.
