Oh. Em. Gee. This place, y'all. THIS PLACE is amazing! My boyfriend, who is from out of town, asked me where a good soul food restaurant was in Cincinnati. Being a white girl raised in Northern Kentucky, I had NO FRICKIN' IDEA where one was, as I had never had "soul food" in my life. I consulted the internet and Emma's kept coming up at 5 stars on every review. So, there we went.We were greeted with a friendly smile as soon as we walked in, and decided to stay and eat rather than get it to go. We were offered a plate of samples of the food and it was all delicious! We loaded up with baked chicken, pork chops, mac and cheese, greens, corn bread...oh my....they even humored me when I asked for white meat chicken (again, white girl lol). By the time we left, we felt like old friends, even snapping photos to go! Awesome little joint and I can't wait to go back!

I can't believe I've never reviewed All in One/ Emma's. I live around the corner from this spot. I come from a family of southern women that cook well. I've has so called soul food many places across the city. Some places are hit and miss, some I just don't enjoy and others cut corners for example serving canned greens as opposed to fresh. You can serve canned in some cases but you need to add flavor. Add some love. Emma's has never ever let me down. Yesterday I had greens and meatloaf. The greens were sooo good. The meatloaf was good I won't say great but I selected the wrong gravy. It was one item I had never had before. The fried chicken is like at home in your kitchen. The fish is seasoned and fried well. I have never had the ribs tips, I've tried a couple times but they were sold out which tells me they are good. Give this place a try. You will not be disappointed.

First time at the restaurant and the staff and owner are friendly! The price is reasonable and the food is worth the money you spend on it. The meal size is a very good portion and I just enjoyed the experience! Nice job

I really do love this restaurant is its owner. I am a Y cider and an avid soul food lover. The food in this establishment is definitely "home-cooked", and the inside dining gives a really nice intimate, and only feel. I do believe that it's a family owned business, so there may be instances where you may have to wait a little bit longer for your food.However, I am willing to take the extra time to wait for this food because it taste absolutely amazing. I definitely recommend anyone who is in this part of town to take some time aside to visit this wonderful establishment you definitely will not be disappointed by the amazing food and service that you will be provided by these people, enjoy

I've been eating here for years. On and off to be exact, due to me relocating and school. However, I always make my way back to grab some of that good mac&cheese and yams. I get a haircut next door and head over after to eat.

There are few places I have been to in Cincinnati where I would return. This is one. The food was excellent-fresh and perfectly prepared. The flavors were fabulous--no spice was over or under done. I ordered chicken-flavorful and tender. My husband had meatloaf. I'm going to order meatloaf next time--it was unbelievable!The price point is a little high, but still reasonable for what you get. I felt like I was getting a home cooked meal that was healthy and filling.

I stopped into Emma's All In One Occasions during my work day last winter and I've been coming back ever since! Great food, reasonable prices and incredible service. The staff here treats you like family, and goes out of their way to make sure you enjoy everything. Make sure to ask for the banana pudding for dessert.
