Akashi Sushi Bar

My wife and I recently were in the mood for some sushi and decided to stop into Akashi. We started with two sushi rolls--a Tropical Roll and a Thai Chili Roll--that were delicious. Each bite was perfectly balanced with fresh ingredients and bold flavors that left us impressedTo complement the sushi, we had the Gyoza (pork dumplings), which were crisp on the outside and tender, flavorful on the inside--a great way to kick off the mealFor the main event, we went with the Chicken Dolsot Bibimbap and the Beef Dolsot Bibimbap, and both were outstanding. The sizzling stone bowls added a delightful crispy texture to the rice, and the flavors of the perfectly seasoned meats, fresh vegetables, and savory sauces were spot-onFrom start to finish, Akashi delivered a memorable dining experience with excellent food and great attention to detail. It's a place we'll gladly return to again!

The sushiI is always fresh. My friend ate there with us and she said the noodles were on par with what she ate when she was in Japan. The ambiance is nice.I really enjoyed to katsudan and the nigiri.

Food and service were amazing!! Authentic food!! Will definitely be dining there again!! Our server was very attentive and the restaurant ambience was very nice!

Wanted sushi after 9pm and most spots were closed but Akashi came thru being open til 10! It's been years since I've been here but they're fantastic. We had:Green tea Gyoza delish as always White Dragon roll love this; white tuna and shrimp tempura with cream cheeseButterfly roll half Rainbow which was so fresh and half regular dragon which was nice and crispy Finished with some mochi red bean, green tea, and the best flavor was mango! Total was only $50... not bad at all for the amazing quality!

Delicious. My Asian friends found the food genuine and refreshing. It was so good they ask me whenever they come back to the states if we can dine here!! Great job Akashi!

Wow! This place was amazing. The food was great! We started with the shrimp shumai, very good. I got a spicy salmon roll and a veggie roll of some kind. My dad got the soba curry. All delicious. To finish off we got the red bean, strawberry, mint chocolate chip, and mango mochi. Our server was very attentive, she was ON refills like nobody's business. It also probably helped that there was no one else there because we got there right at 11 lol. It was a tad pricy, but I guess that is just the cost of quality food and service, fine by me

The service was amazing. Very friendly and attentive. They have a large variety of foods, but I only came to try out the sushi. It is so fresh and delicious. Music was played at a reasonable volume. and the place is so cute on the inside.

I'm spoiled by the slippery mermaid in Navarre, this was on a whim pickup and it was alright compared to other local sushi. Not bad nor spectacular, just okay.

Great little find. Sushi was super good and fresh. The gentlemen behind the counter were friendly and nice. The older guy looked like he had 200-years experience and the young guy he was training is learning a lot as the Akashi roll was top-notch!Ramen was good. Perfect noodle texture and delicious broth. Only complaint was that I would have liked more than a postage-stamp sized piece of Nori and more than two thin slices of pork. Pork was cut expertly thin and super fatty! Great mouthfeel and umami.
