What I ordered looked nothing like the picture. I called and emailed. No response. Very disappointed.

I got these flowers for someone special to me and I was so excited to make her smile . but when I got them I was disappointed (sorry I was ) I feel like for it to be premium they should be more wow for $129.00 this is what I ordered and what I got .

They have consistently provided very gorgeous flower arrangements. I have been disappointed by others, but Durbans always provides beautiful and FRESH arrangements.

I was looking for a local place in Cincinnati to send a last minute funeral arrangement. I'm not local to Cincinnati so I searched around for a place close to the church. They were available and had some really cool items to send. I chose a wind chime instead of a floral arrangement. The prices were reasonable and I was able to get it to the church the day it was needed. I ordered like two days before the funeral and it was on time. I even received an email that it was delivered. I would order again. Locally owned and fast.

I love this florist! I live out of town, but have used them three times so far to send flowers to family in Ohio. The recipients have all raved about how beautiful the arrangements were and I personally saw a bouquet I sent for a funeral. It was gorgeous and looked exactly like the picture on the website! I was also very pleased with how easy it was for me to place my order over the phone. The person I spoke with was so helpful and very friendly! I wish I could use this florist at home!

Ordered a bouquet of Stargazer lillies for $114.90 with next day shipping. There are MUCH cheaper flower vendors with stargazers, but Adrian Durban was the only one offering next day shipping for this specific type of lily. Order comes in and it's a completely different type of lily, a much cheaper one. My receipt said Stargazer lily, the site said Stargazer lily, it was the only package out of 32 of the lilies on the site that specifically said stargazer. I have seen that it mentioned substitutions but for my prior experience with flowers, that can mean a different vase or a different filler flower or something slightly different than what was shown in the picture. It does not mean I completely different type of main flower that has a different smell in different color and is the same product from one of their much cheaper packages (except I was charged twice as much). I had emailed them which they told me to call and I was pretty much told too bad, we said there could be substitutions, next time when you order say no substitutions. No offer of a refund, no offer sending the correct flowers when they're available, no effort to retain a customer base. Just pretty much sucks you got screwed over, order with us again in the future. So then they have the call to tell me that oh it was worth the same amount, even though they have packages on their site how much cheaper amount, in value is completely up to one's own interpretation. if I could buy the same lilies they gave me for $20 somewhere else and they charged me $100, then it's not the same value. And being it's not the flowers that I ordered, it has zero value to me because it's not something I ever would have bought.Needless to say, I called my bank immediately and disputed the charges.

Your team in Cincinnati has NEVER let us down! All arrangements are top notch and seem to last FOREVER! You are the finest florist in the land. Any negative reviews that came from other people was because they are beyond your delivery area. Folks should ALWAYS be sure you deliver to them direct and are within your delivery area. J

Called from out of town to order sympathy flowers. The communications were understood, special request accommodated and price reasonable.We were delighted to see the arrangement at the visitation. Exceeded our expectations! Appreciate this florist!

We used this florist for our daughter's fall wedding and could not have been more pleased. The flower arrangements and bouquets were STUNNING. They really helped make the day even more special. Eileen and her team were excellent to work with.

My husband just walked in with THE MOST BEAUTIFUL flower arrangement I've ever seen! I've attached a picture. It is our 5-year anniversary celebration. He wanted to do find a local florist to create the arrangement he had in mind. He was so happy with the care the florist took in trying to make this arrangement so special. They certainly came thru!
