Stopped in while driving through Eaton. We placed an order to go - beef brisket platter ($20) which came with 2 sides. We chose spoon bread and mac n cheese. The BBQ sauce comes on the side. The service was fast. Our order was ready in about 5 minutes. They do take CREDIT CARDS. The inside dining area is small (4 tables). There's a small outdoor area with a few tables also. The food was good as was the BBQ sauce. We'd return when in the area.

Would not recommend to any progressive minds. The entire place, inside and out, is plastered with right wing propaganda and pro Trump posters. It didn't feel the least bit inviting. I'm a trans woman and I legit feared for my safety while in the building. The food was just okay. Service was reasonably quick but was all business and not friendly at all.

The barbecue is excellent. More of a tangy sauce. It is a smaller place but the patio is great on a nice day

A little roadside shack serving up not just any BBQ, but Southern BBQ. It's cozy and rustic (there's a wood-burning stove in the dining room, OK?) and cash sales only. No worries there as you'll find an ATM just steps away at the gas station next door. Decor is patriotic and Alabamian, aromas are heavenly, owner and his crew are the friendliest, and there are cats roaming around outside. What's not to love? Food is amazing. How do they get those ribs so tender and flavorful without drowning them in sauce? Gotta be a southern secret. We've tried all the meats here and they're consistently good, as are the sides. Spoonbread! Just warms this ex-New Yorker's heart. Love the baked beans too and the green beans are the flat style that are also known as Italian style, which for me is another plus. Yes, you may find the occasional burnt end but it's the nature of it. There's so much good meat it won't cause any problems. If you're dining in, just order at the counter and grab a seat. You'll get it served in the same container with plastic utensils as takeout- plus plenty of napkins. Homemade sauce on the table.Everything's fresh so they will run out of things sometimes as the day progresses, so call it in ahead of time.Love this place!

OMG their food is good and very well priced for what you get. The sample platters are to die for. The available barbecue sauces are phenomenal.

GREAT FOOD & the best part is that they don't violate & infringe upon your civil rights!! They respect your bodily autonomy & don't enforce dirty face muzzles! I only wish they were closer to Beavercreek! It's an honor to find these rare gems who don't comply with tyrannical & immoral mandates. Even though I'm neither republican nor democrat (just a truth & freedom advocate) I highly respect the courage to voice your conservative principles considering that the majority of businesses have enslaved themselves & enforced that compliance which is truly evil. You are RARE indeed! MUCH RESPECT

Love to stop in here for some bbq nacho's for lunch. Always nice and easy, call in the order stop by to pick up and they have you on your way in no time. The nacho's are piled with pulled pork, shredded cheese, baked beans, jalapeños and sour cream smothered with bbq sauce.

I'm not a BBQ person.I was coming down 35 and noticed a small crowd around Hey small ran down building. The exterior was not pretty but I saw the sign that I've read about and wanted to try the food. They assured me the barbecue sauce was on the side and that I would love all the sides they offered.I can't wait to go back and try this place again, I know iIf a business like this expanded and made a nicer larger building it would never be the same. This funky little building, business is what this country is all about. Food, service, quality!l

Hands-down, the best BBQ brisket I've ever had is Adams BBQ in Eaton, OH. Yes, I've had Dallas, Austin, El Paso, Charlotte, Virginia, Atlanta, Nashville, Memphis, and I'm sure I'm leaving many out, but this is the best. Oh, and ask for some bark, if you like that kind of thing. It is a little dive, but the owner is great. He says the BBQ is authentic Alabama BBQ. Whatever you do . . . don't talk negatively about the Crimson Tide . . .

Service was quick. The food was already prepared, so it came out to our table very quickly. I had the combo platter with ribs, sausage, Mac and cheese, spoon corn bread and coleslaw. The coleslaw was not good at all. All of the other items were great. The sausage was a little over done. But, the ribs fell off the bone, just like they should be. Place is small, very limited seating. But worth it.
