Came here for something sweet after getting burned at HighGrain Brewery (see my review!). We were in and out within a few minutes and went to town on our cupcakes. The clean facility featured gluten and vegan free cupcakes along with regular ones all in fun flavors like chocolate, vanilla, royal velvet, and salted caramel which are the ones we chose to go. They also have cake pops and cakes, of course. The glass showcase had everything.We all liked our cupcakes as they tasted fresh and the icing was not too sickly sweet. We were also able to buy some bottled water.While we quickly ate our cupcakes in the parking lot, there was a steady stream of customers coming into the shop.There also was a mini food truck in the parking lot serving coffee and other drinks for sale.Just over $20 for four cupcakes ($4 each) and two waters ($2 each).No photos as we were too hungry!

I've ordered cookies from here multiple times and they've always been beautifully done! They are extremely easy to work with and will take care of you quickly when you call to complete your order. I ordered their decorated cookies for both my baby shower and bridal shower. Both were exactly what I was hoping for and had described to them. They are also delicious and quite large. I highly recommend them for your event needs.

What a cute shop! Recent outdoor and indoor renovations have made this shop even more appealing. Beautiful cookies, cupcakes, giant cake pops, etc. make this shop varied. The counter staff were friendly, speedy, and helpful in making a recommendation for my request for a cupcake with filling. The death by chocolate cupcake (cost for 1 cupcake is $4.16) included chocolate cake, chocolate ganache, chocolate frosting, and sprinkles/swirl! The frosting was very fudge-like and delicious! I am very picky when it comes to chocolate cake. My couple stops here have just left me wanting a more homemade flavor to the cake portion of the cupcake.

I love the variety of treats this place has to offer. Cookies, cupcakes, and brownies, yum! They keep a great variety in store every day, so if you want to stop in for a midweek treat it's a good find. I also found out they have a wide selection of Keto dessert treats, which is great if you're trying to follow that plan. My favorite purchase is their thumbprint cookies, really buttery and delicious. The service is just so so in my opinion, but the sweet treats make up for it.

We used them for our 2021 wedding. They were huge hit. Chocolate pretzels were really a big hit. The cupcakes = yummy!!! Wonderful staff.

Ordered the (colorful) floral rosette cake but it seems that was too much to ask. My suggestion - save some money AND get what your ordered at Busken.

This place is darn amazing. I've been coming here for nearly a year. Especially, if you're looking for some keto friendly options then this place is it.Most of the time the staff is kind, but the last few weeks they have been acting so cold and entitled. If you want more than 2 items, they act so exasperated and like I'm wasting their time. Recently, I asked a question to one of the workers because, I was considering putting in a special request if possible. The woman didn't didn't even wait for me to finish before telling me it not possible. Maybe true but, she doesn't even know what I was going to ask.Then my bf brought me a cake and told me what a hassle it was dealing with a woman there. Apparently, one of the worker told him they cannot and won't make a cake he wanted. He tried to ask why because, he had ordered it for me and brought it to me on our very first date. At someone point the woman went to another staff member that agreed to do it, but only by protest..... mind you it was a tiny $85 cake! He brought the same cake 2 years ago for $35. I hope the atmosphere changes back to bubbly again soon. The new workers seem to be a hit or miss.

We ordered mini cupcakes for our wedding. We wanted them to be just like the cake taste and sadly they weren't. We had ordered the Lemon and Oreo. The lemon ones were not the same, the flavor was correct but it didn't have the details on the icing. The Oreo was the worst. They were dry and didn't have the correct icing they put chocolate instead of Oreo. Overall it was disappointing and they dont look great for being for a wedding and 200$ is a lot for 100 mini cupcakes.

Overcharged cupcake. I really had a taste for a chocolate cupcake. I was totally dissapointed. It was in a pretty box, a cute pink bag and not worth the $4.25. It was literally dry cake, no taste and hard chocolate icing. I know they are a city favorite but it was not good at all.
