Awesome, warm, inviting environment with wonderful food and friendly hospitable staff.

This was our 1st time at 1eleven Flavor House and I'm sure it won't be our last! Every employee we met was kind and friendly (even though they had a big event happening!) We almost always split our meals (so we can taste a variety of things) and today we split Cajun Fried Snapper with Greens and Macaroni & Cheese and the Pulled Oxtail Over Caribbean Rice and Beans. WOW! Both meals were DELICIOUS!

I made reservations for three of us at 12:00 Noon on Saturday, November 30th. Leading up to it, I received at least 3 or 4 text messages asking me to confirm my reservation. I always reconfirmed yes. The last reconfirmation was Friday at noon. Imagine my shock and dismay when my friends and I arrived at noon Saturday to find that the restaurant was closed! There was a paper handwritten sign posted on the door that stated the restaurant was not opening until 3 PM. My friends and I were left standing in the cold, trying to find another place to accommodate us for our holiday luncheon and still be finished in time to attend the play at the Schuster Center which started at 2. All three of us had already paid for event parking in the Arts Garage, as one friend drove from Columbus, one from Cincinnati, and me from Centerville. I understand that emergencies can happen and a restaurant could find itself too short-staffed to open. But after receiving all those reconfirmation texts, not one text was sent to me to notify me in advance that my reservation had to be canceled, so that I had time to make other arrangements. I am so disappointed about this. Last spring I took a different friend to dinner here, also before a production at the Schuster, And we had such a wonderful meal. I was looking forward to introducing two more friends to your lovely restaurant. Now because of the lack of notice or any communication telling me that we could not be served, I am very unlikely to try again. Your system clearly had my cell phone number on file between Yelp and your restaurant website, in order to send out a notice. This is the worst form of service.

Food was great. Service a little slow but I enjoyed my experience. I have been here twice both times before going to the show with different family members.

Tried 1eleven flavor house after seeing all the positive Yelp reviews. The inside isn't much to write home about, and doesn't necessarily match the food experience we were expecting. The service was very slow and haphazard. The menu is pretty diverse and there's something for every pallet and price range. I went with the turkey burger, and my SO got the chicken alfredo. The seasoning on the food was pretty good and I enjoyed the bourbon sauce on the burger. The chicken alfredo portion was huge. Overall, 2 stars for service, 3 stars for atmosphere, 4 stars for the food for an average of 3 stars.

1Eleven Flavor House is very inviting. Their staff greets you as soon as you open the door. They're very friendly and attentive. My choice of seating had been the bar. Their fried okra will put Church's to shame anyday. My drink of choice had been a sweet delicious Strawberry Lemondrop. They even made jerk Salmon for me although this isn't on their menu. This Jerk Salmon, Garlic Mashed Potatoes w/ Mac N Cheese entrée is "stop what you're doing/call now to place your order entrée." All items were fresh, decadent and tasty. 1ELEVEN Flavor House delivers top tier customer service and delicious quality food.

Beautiful layout, nice music, food was great, and service was quick! Highly recommend

We came for an impromptu Sunday brunch at this fairly new establishment. Clean with cute decor inside with seating for about 65. The music was great and at a moderate level to still hear and respond to your companion.Their shrimp and grits came in a deep bowl filled with watery grits and flavorful curry gravy. The shrimp was a good size (18-20lb) but a little hard and flavorless, like they were frozen and just thrown in at the last minute. A few peppers and onions in the dish were buried in the watery grits. Maybe more grilled vegetables ontop of the dish would make this more appealing.Their chicken and waffle dish was pretty good. The waffle is exactly how I like my waffles as I'm not a fan of the belgium bready style, but I wish there were two waffles for the price. The boneless chicken breast had good flavor but was over-fried and a little too brown, which resulted in a dry breast. Hard to get the breast right. Plus they didn't pound the chicken to make it more tender with the same thickness. Maybe a side of tomato, cute cut of a vegetable, or fruit salad would have made it better for me to want it again.The mimosas and brunch cocktails sounded delicious and we almost ordered but decided to indulge next time.We weren't quite full from the dishes for the price and ended up walking around the corner for a salad.The staff was nice and accommodating and the clientele was eclectic.

I would give zero stars if I could. We were there for 25 minutes before anyone took our drink order and that was only after we asked for a server. It took another 15 minutes for 2 of the people in our party to get their wine. 5 minutes later we were told they were out of cranberry juice so another person in our party couldn't get the cosmo she ordered. 10 minutes later she got the drink that she ordered. I didn't get my drink until we had been there for an hour and 15 minutes and it wasn't even the correct drink. We left at that point without ever receiving our food. This was one of the worst restaurant experiences I've ever had. We ended up having to get food at the Starbucks at the Schuster before going to see a show there.

Table for 7. Greeted at the door by friendly staff. Everyone seemed to enjoy their meal. I had the Caribbean Rum Glaze. The salmon was a bit fishy and there was no rum flavor. The mashed potatoes were good and the green beans were meh. Now for the coffee: One sip and it was horrible!! There was no half n half. For real? Just that powdered creamer. Yuk. Needless to say, I used the coffee mug to warm my hands. This restaurant needs new signage. Some people at our table didn't know where it was as they were visiting from out of town and didn't realize that the 111 Bldg is where this restaurant is located. Maybe sign in the parking lot? Idk.
