Cilantro Mexican Cuisine

Had my first encounter with CMC at the Clayton Harvest Festival this past weekend. Their menu was diverse considering the limited menus that food truck sometimes have. I got the street taco with chorizo as my protein. My wife and daughter both got the steak quesadillas. My tacos were delicious with just the right amount of protein and pico with fresh cilantro sprinkled on top. The quesadilla's were gooey with lots of cheese and steak. We all felt our entrees had a flavor of freshness and were flavorful. I would recommend this business to anyone.

Love Cilantro's food! Fresh and delicious. We had tacos, quesadillas, and stuffed churros. Everything was well prepared and very nicely seasoned. A friend had the nachos which looked terrific. Highly recommend Cilantro Mexican Cuisine for your Mexican fix.

We got some chicken empanadas from Cilantro today. They were parked at Steel String/Pluck Farm. 3 real deal empanadas made today and fried up to order, with a little shredded lettuce and queso on top for $10. It was good, and totally worth the price. I'd definitely seek them out.

Just had the steak nachos off of the truck at Bull City Ciderworks. They were amazing!!!! I think they make their own chips; they were thin, crispy, and delicious! The steak and black beans were fantastic and plentiful! It also had pico de gallo and guacamole. Both were amazing!! The girls in the truck were super friendly too. We will definitely eat there again.

This food truck was parked at Red Oak Brewery and my wife and I enjoyed some chips and salsa. The salsa was some of the finest I have ever had.

I was really surprised by the burrito. I chose the "no meat" option, and it seemed like basically some lettuce in a very small tortilla, open on one end, and immediately fell apart on taking a bite. For $13. Overpriced and flavorless.

Friendly, fast, and patient. Best food truck in Durham I've been to. Very clean and sanitized.

Overpriced, mainstream flavor, and nothing special. I felt like a sucker because there were real taquerias down the street with cheaper, mor delicious food.
