Chuy's

It was really good for a Mexican restaurant but my waitress i felt bad for her beacuse she was like i don't know what to say i feel really bad but it was really good 4 starts

The service was great. I received a very warm welcome as soon as I walked in and was seated immediately. My server was friendly and helpful. The salsa was some of the best I've ever had in a restaurant. It was fresh and had just the right amount of heat. The ranch was creamy and delicious. I ordered a chicken burrito bowl, which was amazing. Grilled chicken, grilled onions and peppers, Mexican rice, pico de gallo, guacamole, grilled corn.... it was all full of flavor and delicious. I couldn't eat it all. It was decently priced as well. If you're looking for a decent lunch spot near the Opry Mills Mall, this is it. I highly recommend it.

Not overly impressed with the quality of ingredients and food preparation at chuy's. I ordered a chicken bowl and everything seemed to mix together but the combination of foods didn't really make it that enjoyable. The tortilla crisps were not enhancing the meal at all. I got the jalapeño creamy sauce on the side and it was more of a blended jalapeño than a sauce.I will say the frozen margaritas were exceptional and our server was awesome. My friends complained a bit about one of the vents funneling directly towards them the whole time which made them cold but I was fine where I was sitting.

There's nothing wrong with a little Tex-Mex in Nashville, when you are on a road trip... especially on Cinco de Mayo!Let the Margarita's roll, and we celebrate the Mexican St. Patty's day!!It's an easy location to get to, and you can pay for privileged parking! The people were super friendly, even the manager when he said we couldn't pull 4 tables together (haha)!! However, Elvis is now Memorial Enchiladas.... come on now, where's the Elvis Fried Chicken! I had my heart set on it!Okay: Pro Tip:Chica Chica Boom Boom sauce is made daily. The longer it sits, the hotter it gets! Always ask for a taster before you order this iconic dish! I love it, but sometimes they can blow me away!!!4 STARS

So happy to find this place, which autocorrect won't let me name, within walking distance of the Gaylord. I grew up in San Antonio and had been craving cheese enchiladas, so these hit the spot. The decorations were fun. The service was very good, and the prices were much more reasonable than the places in the resort.

We had head that Chuy's was a good restaurant, but we hadn't been to any of the locations until we stopped in this past weekend. The place was very busy, but we quickly got a table and we had good service throughout our meal. We really liked the hatch chili queso and the chips and salsa were tasty as well. My wife enjoyed her mojito and I liked my watermelon margarita as well. My wife had the burrito bowl, which she really liked and I really liked my Mexi-cobb salad, which was fresh and very tasty with the jalapeño dressing. It was a nice meal overall and we'd definitely come back to eat at Chuy's again.

Honestly, the quality of the food and service has declined over our last three visits. We once loved dining here; it's become a tourist trap. Always crowded, service always slow and food always subpar. My son and I sat at the bar this go round. They just seemed annoyed that we were dining and not drinking. We had to grab for attention and the food didn't come out as we had ordered it. We ate and left dissatisfied with our experience. We don't plan on returning anytime soon. As locals, we are bummed.

The food here is always on point! They make it fresh and you get both salsa and jalapeño dip to start! Lots of flavors of margaritas and cool Tex mex atmosphere! Would recommend. However the service can be a little slow when it's really busy

This particular Chuy's is located in the Opry Mills shopping plaza in Nashville, Tennessee. Since it is such a large shopping plaza, parking is definitely not an issue.The atmosphere is eclectic and fun. The service was professional and friendly. The food is more Tex-Mex instead of Mexican. Pretty decent for a chain restaurant.

Chuy's is chewy. Sorry but this restaurant barely deserves 3 stars. We ordered the chicken enchiladas. The tortilla shells were tough. The chicken inside was dry. Worse I've ever eaten. Also, bathroom was dirty, dirty.
