Really haven't had Chuys since we left Austin... been about two years. This location was pretty close to where we were staying so it was super convenient. The chain certainly remains the same though. Even with the two year hiatus it felt like we had never left. Like a daytime soap opera we had not watched in 2 years we were still able to pick right up where we left off. The place was busy and our server was hopping but she never missed a beat.I love the queso and the salsa here... I could dine on nothing but the chips and salsa just about. My wife loves the guac... so we ordered it all. It was as remembered.We all ordered our old stand buys... tacos for my youngest, flautas for my oldest, fajitas for my wife and I got the enchiladas... they were all good but honestly a little less good then we remembered. Chuys is a good place to eat... we still like it, but can't say we are longing for it any more. Maybe another two years...

I order chicken quesadillas and a side of rice and EVERYTHING was dry. the chicken was dry, the cheese was dry, and the rice was so dry I had to drink water to put it down. Our server was great though and thats the only reason im not giving it one star.

Izzy was our server, and she was/is excellent! Very attentive and kind. Checked several times without being intrusive or annoying to make sure we had enough to drink and that the food was good. The food!! So, so good. As a New Mexican native it's nice to be able to get authentic Hatch green chile! The ground beef in my enchiladas was seasoned to perfection. Izzy! You will do great things. I so hope you get into grad school in Santa Fe! Best wishes.

i'm in the service industry so i have patience & understanding but the service here was awful for a sunday afternoon when they weren't busy. our server took 10 mins to greet. let us go without chips until i had to get two other people's attention. didn't prebus. didn't fill up waters. the food came out cold. & we were her only table...

We were seated right away. Greeter was very nice and gave us the name of the server. Server checked on us regularly and very nice. Food was good...consistent. Drinks were good. Only complaint, we both were cold but other than that it was good.

Ew, just ew. I have given up on Chuy's. I used to think it was just certain locations but they've all gone way down hill. It honestly tastes like they microwave all of their food and nothing tastes fresh. Really wish they would get their shit together because it used to be good.

This is almost comical; for about $15 after tax for a chicken quesadilla you'd just assume it'd be more chicken or better quality in general. Don't know if it's just this location, but there's definitely a decline in quality and service. Don't recommend.
