We recently visited Churn and the business impressed me with its quality and service. The ice cream was exceptionally smooth, a testament to the high-quality ingredients they use. I opted for the S'mores sundae, which included two scoops - one of rich chocolate and the other of peanut butter. The combination was divine. The marshmallow fluff was particularly delicious, adding a delightful texture and sweetness. To top it off, there was a generous portion of homemade hot fudge that elevated the entire dessert. The sundae was finished with some graham crackers. My daughter ordered a single double chocolate ice cream cup with added oreo cookie pieces. She loved the ice cream and it had the right amount if chocolatey goodness. The topping of oreo cookie pieces was generous allowing the cookies to last throughout the treat! My wife ordered a salted caramel chunk ice cream sandwich. The cookie was delicious and paired well with the Madagascar vanilla ice cream. The ice cream held up real nice with the heat of the Valley. One minor downside is the small ordering area, which can make it challenging to accommodate everyone inside. As a result, the line often extends outside. However, the wait is well worth it for the delicious treats offered. Overall, this ice cream parlor is a must-visit for anyone looking to indulge in high-quality, flavorful ice cream creations.

We came here with another couple for a post dinner dessert. The flavors of the ice cream were cool and I had to try the grapefruit buttercream flavor (as a sample). The cookies also looked amazing so we got a chocolate crinkle and it was to die for, yum. The inside of the shop is darling and the employees were wonderful and treated us like valued customers. Kudos to their team for the wonderful experience and company values.

A great spot for a sweet treat in "North" Central PHX. You can often find a spot in the lot next door, or across the street (there is a conveniently located crosswalk), and there will often be a 5-15 minute line to order if you come after dinner! Great outdoor seating behind the shop with misters. Flavors a rich and creamy!

Our experience was marginal. The girl behind the counter had a lot going on between torching, a marshmallow dessert, and delivering three desserts, elsewhere, and about six of the flavors of ice cream, we're sitting on the counter behind her that needed to be put into the display that had empty pans of ice cream. And then there was another girl who seemed as if she was the barista for the other portion of the operation. We weren't greeted and there was no friendly vibe which would've been nice especially after waiting for about five minutes for her to get her other tasks done. We loved coming to Churn during Covid. The customer service was always great as was the product. However today the cookies seemed a bit stale for our ice cream sandwiches. However, the ice cream was still great quality. We make the trip from the East Valley but after today's experience, we likely wouldn't make the drive for Churn again. Just a bit disappointed that the customer service and quality weren't there.

I was in the area and was looking for an ice cream shop to have a sundae. Found this cute small parlor with amazing delicious creamy ice cream. They also bake in house these huge moist cookies. I bought one of each flavor and was really good. The place was nostalgic, reminded me of an ice cream shop from I was a little girl. Also had all these candies from back when I was small.I definitely will revisit when I'm in the area. They also play music and have a great big outside patio.

We came here after dinner for a quick treat. Parking was a bit hard to find and we had to park in the nearby large open lot. Staff was friendly but couldn't show us how big their milkshakes were. We ended up getting the apple pie kid scoop and mint cookie kids scoop. The ice cream was okay but not as good as expected. There is also no indoor seating, only outside in the heat on the back patio. The bathrooms also share with the nearby restaurant and bar, and was a long line.

Cute spot my family came across on our trip to Phoenix. It smells amazing - unfortunately I do not eat ice cream lol . Samples are offered as soon as you get to the counter. I thought the prices were fair for the portions. I didn't not check the prices of the candy - nostalgic candies fill the wall in front of the counter. There is a small seating area outside with cups for cold water.

I know... people love this place. So dare I say, I don't? I'll start with saying the shop is be very cute. But I think it's okay for a quick ice cream fix but I've been a few times now and every time I feel pretty much the same-- the ice cream is just too sweet for me palette. I like the strawberry shortcake, however the strawberry ice cream tastes semi artificial to me, the shortcake is a little dense and not the typical biscuit like, and sort of has the biscotti shape. It's good, it's shareable. But nonetheless, it's not something I'd go out of my way for. I have also tried the tiramisu, vanilla, butter pecan from my friends flavors. The cookies I actually just didn't like-- I've only had the snickerdoodle. The marshmallow torched topping though- delicious. I like that it's more of a cream rather than the typical solid marshmallow. Overall, I just think it's ok... and I'll typically go if I'm in the area and one of my friends suggests it.
