Omgeeeee this was my first time here and my husband and I both really enjoyed it! While it seemed messy at the bar and not super tidy in the restaurant (inside and outside) everything was really really yummy! The staff did seem off, one person wasn't sure of the toppings and I was reading them off to her. Then another lady jumped in to help but was really rushing us. It made our first time not as good as it could have been. We shared a salad, not sure even what one but it was INCREDIBLE OMGEEEE then we also shared the bowl of buffalo chicken with whole grains and the flavor profile and textures was UNREAL OUT OF THIS WORLD so good. I literally cannot wait for our next CHOPT experience! I bet we would get the exact same thing! Maybe as a wrap just to try?!!! Please come to Franklin in the factory!!!! I wish I would have gotten the sweet tea! Hubs said it was good, but there's next time! Highly recommend!!!!

You learn something new every day, today I learned that I don't like kale. My salad was really good. I got the Kale Cesar salad, 7/10, I've never had kale before, also the salad was really big. The people there were so nice. And the decorations are to die for.

My sister has been telling me try this place for a while. And let's just say she was right. This play is really good.I ordered the Mexican ceasar once I saw it had jalapeños. I love spice! They added the right amount of jalapeños, the salad had the right amount of heat. The flavors of the salad were delicious. I did add chicken to the salad and it was tender.I will definitely be back! I didn't eat inside, I got my food to go; however, I totally recommend this place!

Loved Chopt in other cities but after trying this one a couple times I have to opine. The ingredients are NOT fresh looking or tasting. The lettuces are brown at the edges as if they weren't freshly chopped and the other items each look old. I'm so disappointed as I would have come here all the time. The people serving me were very nice.

I love a good salad! The thing about this particular location is you never know if you're going to get one or not. While at times they are awesome, half the time they forget ingredients, don't put dressings on the side as asked, or put the wrong ingredients in. Very unreliable.Location is convenient (at Green Hills mall next to Cava and North Italia) but the parking situation leaves much to be desired.Lots of great combos to choose from on their menu, or you can build you own. While I'll likely be a few more times as it's so close to my work, I much prefer the Brentwood location!

Go to chopt to get creative with any salad combo you can think of. Then top it with the Chopt vinaigrette!

We just had a wonderful experience at Chopt in Green Hills! Robert, Matt and Brian had the best spirits while waiting on us. We wanted to take them home with us!! It's hard to find people these days who want to work, let alone be happy while doing so. We appreciate them making our day!

Got a create your own salad and a buffalo chicken bowl- both were incredible! The staff was very helpful making suggestions especially D.H. We'll definitely be back.

We recently moved back to the area from the west coast. We have been on the hunt for the perfect salad bar and this is it! They've met and surpassed all expectations!!! Olivia was the best as well as the rest of the staff. Their ingredients are fresh and full of flavor and the store is beyond clean. We will be regulars!!!
