Chipotle Mexican Grill

Staff was nice enough but, the counters at the food prep, register and the drink station were absolutely disgusting. Garbage all over the drink station, food half wiped up and smeared next to the register. There were no drink cup lids which is understandable but to top it all off, the real reason I even felt compelled to leave a review, I found a hair in my bowl a couple bites in.

Tried contacting them , nothing happened , I hope those employees get help , the place was a mess

TL;DR: Just your average chipotle but cleanliness needs to be worked on. I was put off at the lack of attention to cleanliness. The tables weren't clean between customers frequently enought -- lots of food bits here and there and there was rice on the chairs at our table that we almost sat on. There were plenty of open tables but they all were dirty in some way. We ended up cleaning our own table.I also watched the prep counter being cleaned. It was wiped using a wet rag and any food close to the bins on the counter was just swiped back into the bin rather than into the trash...I don't know about you but I don't want any abdominal issues, especially when the name of this place is already a Meme in terms of bowel movements. Not to mention the history of e. coli or bacterial contaminations with the company itself.I've been reading other reviews and it seems other Yelpers agree and the cleanliness here needs a lot of work.Love the food here. I just wish I could trust the quality.

Filthy! Trash overflowing, floors dirty!Bad attitude from staff when reminded that the tables needed wiping and there were no forks available.

Food is yummy as any Chipotle fan would say. Just curious why they don't put the mobile orders on the mobile order stand for those of us that placed an order online so we don't have to wait in line (or awkwardly on the side until someone notices us or can tend to us) with everyone else ordering in house...which is the whole point, I thought.

GROSS!! Was eating my bowl and found 2 flies within the first couple of bites, tossed the rest out! Disgusting and so disappointing. Last time I will be eating chipotle. You've been warned about this location.

Disgusting location. Food all over the floors and tables. Rudest people working. Skimpy portions, and always out of steak rice sour cream lettuce. They over oil their chips so they're flat and nasty. This place is trash, the floors and tables are filthy with garbage and food. Whoever runs this locations is going to end up killing someone with their lacking care of STANDARD restaurant cleanliness and food safety. Zero excuses. Do not waste your time or money here, It will be only a matter of time this location closes permanently.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This location is closest to my house, so it's the one I frequent most. The staff is extremely rude, never proportions properly, out of a lot of toppings most the time & the lobby is always very messy. You would think for the price they would put a little more effort into their food/service.

I visited this location yesterday. The food was OK. Really just thrown in the bowl. But the cleanliness of this location was really ridiculous. Food all over the counter where business is done. Not one employee thought to wipe it up. The chips station was the same. When watching the employee put chips in bag most when on floor. Not one smile on employees faces. Not one of them wanted to be there. Me either.Debi Raihle crew

Amazing customer service! Very nice and helpful employees and great serving sizes. Not much more you can ask for to make a great chipotle
