In the 20 minutes plus we were there none of the outside tables were wiped down, and the trash was completely full.

Consistently bad service. Reliably bad portions.And it seems like management either doesn't exist, is too busy with other things, or isn't aware. Asked for steak and rice, and this was my portion. Embarrassing, compared to some of the quality Chipotles like Lynwood, Totem Lake, and Aurora near Lake City.

This chipotle branch was well stocked. We ordered 2 sofritas bowl and had they put Sofritas on the side instead of the bowl. Requested them to put few other things sour cream , gauc and red sauce on the side.Now to the checkout, the person at registrar (probably English was not their first language, but could speak little English) started charging extra for sofritas, gauc, sour cream, red sauce. The only valid extra charge for Sofritas bowl is supposed to be for gauc. On explaining that we had them put sofritas, sour cream, red sauce on the side instead of the bowl they argued and then opened the chipotle bowl to verify it.Even after verifying they charged us extra for the red sauce and sour cream along with gauc (this is a valid charge). No chipotle charges extra if you ask them to put it on side instead of a bowl. Also no chipotle charges if you ask for extra side of sauce or sour cream. The app itself lets you request for extra. The store manager said this is our policy, the owners have asked us to charge extra. Never coming back to this branch. Be careful.

The customer service was horrendous! I created a mobile order around 11am for a 11:30 pickup. I arrived at 11:30, and there was no mobile order on the shelf, so I waited. After 5 mins, I asked at the counter. The cashier told me to just wait, and didn't check my name.After another 5 mins, I asked again. It wasn't busy and they had only had a couple of customers. The cashier told me to just wait -- impatiently this time. I asked if she could just check that my order was getting worked on and gave her my name. She did not check, and told me to just wait. I could understand if it was busy, but there were more workers in the store than customers and no one was even in line.After 5 mins, I was getting really stressed out and worried because they still hadn't given me any assurance that they were working on my order. So I asked again, and the worker was visibly annoyed and got someone else to help me. This other worker also looked really annoyed and FINALLY checked the bags and said they didn't have my order.All that waiting for nothing! I understand the occasional tech issue, but the customer service was ridiculously rude and unhelpful. If they had just looked and said "Sorry we don't have that order," I could have placed a new order, saved myself all that stress, and not wasted all that time. I was late back to work because of this.Once I realized I wasn't getting my mobile order, I had to contact everyone at work and ordered again but at the counter. And the workers continued to be incredibly rude during that process. So rude that I wonder if I have an evil twin who menaces their store, because what else could explain this exceptionally bad service?This was my first time at this location - Redmond Way Chipotle -- and I will NEVER being going back here again.

The worst service I have ever had EVER. The cashier was not wearing a name tag so including these details for managers: Black lady with red ish hair, about 5'5... working at 7pm on 5/6. Let me start by saying I have worked in the food industry for so long 18-27 (fast food cashier to large restaurants like din tai fung as a bartender) and I know what it's like to have a bad or off day. This lady was a whole new level... honestly just disrespectful. She was rude to the customers in front of us, to her coworkers when asking them to pour her queso, and to me. I asked for a Diet Coke, she said "Mexican coke? Because we don't have diet" *while pointing to the beverage fridge behind her...* to which I looked back at the soda machine behind me and asked "you don't have diet, like a fountain drink?" And she just said "large or small". She had so much attitude and made the whole experience so unpleasant. She made me feel like I was in the wrong for asking for queso and so much more (I'll spare the rest of the details). I mostly feel bad for the workers that have to deal with that kind of toxicity and poor attitude. You could tell they were uncomfortable. Managers, you need to do something about her.

Bad service CONSISTENTLY. I never leave reviews, but this place deserves one. I have placed mobile orders where my order is completely incorrect. Also, I am lucky to have an employee that is friendly instead of dull and unenthusiastic. They don't care to clean up the counter time and time again and my bowls and bag get covered in food. Last but at least, today I waited 20 minutes in line to order my food, as I watched multiple employees fail to make orders for more than one person at a time. I hate that chipotle tastes as good as it does, and I have to settle for this kind of service in order to eat it.

This chipotle is in desperate need of some proper leadership. The experience here has really gone down hill in the past few months. Always out of items, never any clean tables, no forks, no ice and flat warm soda. Fix your ice machine or tell people your machine is broken when they purchase a drink. No one wants to drink warm soda. The employees seem like they can't be bothered about anything. One of the worst I've been to, this chipotle needs major help

There are 2 places in Redmond that really bother me and it's the slow Walgreens pharmacy and this Chipotle location. Today I ordered double protein, pay extra, and they give me 2 visible pieces of chicken. Someone in there doesn't want me to have gym gains and it shows lol. This happens when I've ordered delivery before too. They also miss ingredients when you order for delivery. Please do better! Thank you.

Employees were rude and unfriendly today. Went at 1PM, black bean bowl was empty but they didnt refill instead served whatever was sticking to the bowl. They didnt seem to care when I asked if they could refill the black bean. Giving 1 star because i cant give 0 here. Portions are getting smaller and smaller too. 0 customer service.
