Chipotle Mexican Grill

Horrible service, states they close at 10pm, however, will not make any more food and the staff started closing down the store at 8:45!Portioning was less then desirable, for what I paid. Do better Chipotle!

6:30 pm on a Sunday. We show up for dinner and they are closed. No note on the door -it just won't open. We can see them inside. A random guy walks by and informs us they are closed.How pathetic.

5/5 times no fajita veggies in veggie bowl or quesadilla. Consistently missing other ingredients or full items. Once in a while someone else's DD order in your bag.

I love chipotle but NOT this location. EXTREMELY rude and do not accommodate you in any way shape or form and make it seem like they're doing YOU a favor by serving you like it's free... the older man managing the rice and beans station made us so uncomfortable we didn't even want to order because of how disgusted we were with his attitude and everyone else working the line. Showed up at 12:30 for reference today. I asked for white rice as I have a cilantro allergy and the man yelled NO! I asked the man/lady next to him and they pretended not to speak any English from everyone to the rice station to the cashier absolutely no one was helpful or made us feel welcome and kept repeating no and we were criminals for asking for plain rice... will not be back to this location. The reviews on this location justify our experience 10x fold. Whoever owns this franchise location NEEDS TO STEP IT UP AND BE MORE INVOLVED IN YOUR CREWS CUSTOMER SERVICE PERFORMANCE. Has completely pushed me away and put a bad taste in my mouth even tho we felt so embarrassed by the treatment we left... avoid this location at all costs sadly. Wanted to like it as it's down the street from me

Easy online ordering, food was fresh. But reason I'm writing this is who ever rolled my burrito has strong skills , didn't fall apart and layered perfectly.

Online orders take too long. Just go to the counter. Better yet, go to Taco Time, Santa Fe, or make your own.

I've only been to Chipotle once or twice in the past and I enjoyed my visit here this time. The only thing I really see in the reviews here is the workers being rude, and the portions being small. Personally when I came today they seemed to be nice and give good portions. The worker making my bowl didn't really understand English to well, but understood it enough to make bowls. The portions given out today again were really good, and for one of my first times at Chipotle I really enjoyed the food. The inside was also super clean, and was a super nice location to eat. They also had a great outdoor area to sit and eat. Overall I see nothing wrong with this Chipotle, and the portions given here.

Ten minutes before closing, I was greeted at a locked door by a young man who informed me they were closed. He said they ran out of food and grabbed the door closing it in my face. I believed him until I could clearly see that they were putting food away on the line. Another couple came to the door and another person came to the door and explained the same thing, I decided to try her since there was clearly people eating in there, I explained that the Woodinville location was closed due to a mechanical issue and that I just wanted to get something for dinner as Chipotle is about the only place open at this hour with healthy food. It seemed like I was getting somewhere when that same rude young man came to the door and said that he runs this place and as he said they are closed! I won't be returning to this location until I know that he is no longer in charge because I don't want to risk wasting my time or gas when he could decide to close early again.Check out the pictures, you can see the young man in charge, people eating food inside, and food containers on the counter after they pulled them, clearly they aren't empty otherwise at the least they would be stacked together not set out next to each other.

Ordered a bowl and got half a scoop of chicken. My bowl was all rice and I could barley see the chicken in the bowl. Restaurant was dirty and the servers were rude.

I ordered online, I received the wrong meat and the burrito was cold. Will not be coming again. The reviews obviously show this location needs new management.
