Been in Issaquah for a year now so I frequent this Chipotle. Never any issues.7:30 pm on Wednesday September 20th, what in the world happened here? I placed a DoorDash pick-up order to save some time, only to see the line pass by faster than my order came out. A red-haired staff member asked for my name twice and finally handed me my order from the back. No biggie.I opened my bag in the car to see a sticker with the name "AJ" on there. Not my order. Guac, fajita veggies, carne asada, all things I don't eat even if I tried. Simple, just go back and switch out the order, so I did.I was greeted (well, greet is a strong word when I had to catch her among three other guests waiting at the cashier with their order issues) by the same red-haired girl. I kindly told her my order was wrong while handing her the incorrect order. This is the fun part:She reached for the burrito bowl, immediately shoved it back into my hands, and then mumbled something to which I responded "It's not my order", thinking that she must've misheard me. Then I got ANOTHER HARD SHOVE BY THE BURRITO BOWL until she finally snatched the bowl from me and tossed it in the trash can behind me. She must've really been irritated by my confused face (I thought we were playing a game of hot potatoes) when she mumbled, "Throw it in the trash, how hard is that" followed by an eye roll. I was stunned.AJ happened to be standing right behind me witnessing his food getting thrown away. He told me that he's got two items through the app and has been waiting on the correct order for 20 minutes now. Poor AJ.I've worked in the industry and observed that the restaurant was understaffed. Only one staff member was on the line serving and cashiering whereas there should typically be three, if I recall correctly. He seemed slightly stressed by the guest line but I saw him still following protocols, taking orders patiently, and switching out his gloves with every order. There should be ABSOLUTELY NO REASON why a customer needs to be shoved and told to throw an item away.When I finally received my order, I asked for a manager to speak to. Scout's honor, I am not coming from a place to ruin this girl's already stressful day but to communicate with a manager about the issues in this restaurant that I never had a problem with. Guess what, plot twist! She IS the manager. I asked for a name, and whether we could have a conversation after the dinner rush was over. She froze for a split second, then mumbled to me three times, "You cannot know my name. We are not allowed to tell our names".And that's a wrap to my originally swift in-and-out experience at the Issaquah Chipotle. I couldn't get a name, a correct order, or the other half of my burrito bowl filled up. Couldn't get that burrito shove out of my head either, alongside AJ's jaw-dropping when that all went down. I regret to say that I don't have a solution to offer here, only hope that my experience there is seen and heard by someone other than DoorDash customer reps, especially since finding an empathetic manager wasn't possible. Gonna have to drive out to Bellevue for my Chipotle now...

The quality used to be better. I ordered hard shell tacos with beef. Beef looked and tasted it has been sitting out and flavor was bland. I would just add medium salsa to make it better. Salsa was not up to par, it needed more everything to make it better. I did the hard shell tacos, first time ordering them. The trash cans were over flow. May be they are under staff. The person at cash register was nice. He came to check people who were waiting for to go orders.

I got a $25 gift card for Chipotle for Christmas & haven't been here in years. My husband & I tried to go in & place an order for lunch around noon & the girl behind the counter yelled "online only" so a few us us just left. I did some research on their Yelp reviews & discovered they have only 2 star reviews at all of their local locations- ouch. I considered regifting the gift card- lol- but then decided we'd give it another try. We made our order online which was relatively user friendly & followed some ordering advice so we got 2 kids quesadilla meals which are a great value & plenty of food plus a drink for $4.95-wow! My husband wanted chicken & steak in his quesadilla plus 3 salsas instead of rice & beans so he ordered that as well. We also got the queso blanco with chips which were really good & only $8. Based on our last visit & the lack of info online we thought they were only online & surprised to see people walking in & ordering at the counter so we just got in a small line to pick up our order. The guy at the counter gave me a bit of an attitude when I said our order was under both of our names so I said "is our order ready or not" & of course it wasn't- 10 minutes past the time it was supposed to be as I've seen on all the other reviews. So we waited a few minutes as the crew in the back filled our order & was ready pretty quickly. We decided to eat our food in the seating area while it was hot & we were so happy the order was filled correctly & the food was delicious! (So many reviews said this was not the case) The kid's meal quesadillas were delicious- we got 1 chicken & pork carnitas that came with 2 choices of beans & rice that were really tasty. The queso blanco was really good- cheesy with a bit of heat & a generous portion of crispy chips. My husband loved his quesadilla with salsas meal as well. So in short- the service- meh- the atmosphere- average- the food- really good for fast decent American Mexican food & decent prices & portions.

Hands down the worst chipotle in the area. Unfortunately it is the most conveniently located near me and has plenty of parking. However, the restaurant is always a mess and even if you order ahead, they can't seem to keep up with their online orders and are always behind. I've placed an online order here at least three times now and it's never been ready by the expected time, even when the restaurant is empty. I'm not sure if this location has a staffing issue but expect to wait if you come here and make sure to watch your step because it's always messy.

No changing table for babies in the bathroom and today no lettuce or chips along with verde. To top it off the cooking area looks like a mess and the Guac was turning black. Whoever manages this chipotle made this the worst I've ever been to. When I asked about why they were out of things the answer was "we had a busy day today"

Highly recommend if you need to drop a quick few pounds. You'll be up all night vomiting and sh%#$ yourself from their lackluster hygiene practices.Oh and corporate office- please don't reply to contact you. I already did. You left a voicemail and I called you back 4x and no one answered or returned my emails.

Consistently have bad experiences at this location. I've never had a mobile order ready at the pickup time, always 10-15 minutes late. Today we arrived at 10:45, their posted opening time and they had the doors locked and people all over the dining area weighing chip bags. Some employee shouted to us at 10:50 that they weren't open yet. Wish they would get better management at this location.

Worst chipotle location I've ever been to. They're never open even remotely close to when they say they are. Usually 30+ minute after they're supposed to and even when they do open 30 minutes late they say "just so you know we only have HALF the menu items prepped". Portions are good if you walk in (30-40 minutes after they're supposed to be open) but if you order online you're doomed. Not only is it never done or even close to done by the time selected or quoted but you will get a burrito the size of a Taco Bell taco. Online ordering they screw you on quantity
