Drive a few extra miles to avoid this location. Most of the servers are grumpy and you feel like you're asking them for the world when you order. They are often out of items as well. For example, right now they are out of white rice, this after waiting for 10 minutes in line. On the last two occasions they've forgot one or more items in our order.The worst part of todays experience was the restroom. I make it a habit to wash my hands before even ordering, and I found the restroomIn this condition. Really bad job all around

My husband and I were both craving Chipotle, and hadn't had it in years. With this new location being right by our house we decided to give it a shot. We got there around 8:40. When we were making our bowls and asked for lettuce they said "they were all out for the night" even though they didn't close for another 2 HOURS. As we are sitting there I see a tonnn of lettuce in the back that they are washing. How hard would it have been to cut up a little more lettuce for the customers coming in?!? My food was cold when I started eating it. Portion sizes were fine. There were a ton of employees but they mainly just seemed to socialize. Tables were dirty. I did see one girl go clean the bathrooms and wipe off one of the tables as a lot more people were coming in after we had got our food.

My husband and I wanted this location for the first time and once we entered, we noticed it was a new location new building and the inside was very clean. The young lady that took our order on October 22 at 7 PM was very kind and filled up our burrito and bowls with a great portions We tried our food and noticed the rice was sticky, and our steak and chicken wasn't seasoned like the previous locations we visited in the past. So our suggestions would to seasoned all meats & cook the rice to its not sticky. Also, a tip is to download their app to scan to earn points prior to paying for your order and to receive free items with your points.

I'm not from Arizona, stopped by and I have to tell you I had a great experience. The food was hot and ready to go and the staff were very attending. When I am back in Arizona I will definitely be coming back :). Good job!

As someone who was in the food service industry for 10+ years as a teenager, this place is ran by freakin brats. I gave this place a second chance and not any better. Teens laughing in the back and are clearly annoyed by customers. The young girl who serviced me rolled her eyes at a customer in front me, missed my bowl and didn't even finish scooping the portion into my bowl before scooting it along. She kept telling customers they were out of certain items and didn't even attempt to tell the boys behind her to fire up more. I highly doubt y'all were sold out of white rice...The portions are all over the place every time we go, which is not right if we're being charged extra. Skip this location and just go to the Litchfield one. There's a reason this location is never busy. Management needs to clean up.

Horrible service. Worst chipotle I've ever been too. Burrito maker cleaned the work counter after my open burrito with rice and chicken sat there getting cold. Played grab ass with coworkers while it sat getting cold. Will not give this place my money. Ever.

This location sucks as of lately. Had some sofrita soft tacos last week and they tasted stale. Pulled up to the drive thru today about 5 minutes early for ONE bag of chips/a small queso and she said to pull out and wait the 5 minutes and then come back around (there was no line behind us and they weren't too busy inside). My bf just parked and went inside and asked for the order and the guy had no issue grabbing the chips/queso real quick. Thank you to him for that. I just thought it was annoying she told us to wait until the exact pick up time for a bag of pre packaged chips and a small queso. I would totally understand if it were an actual full on meal.

Good Food, Great Location, Eating in the Small Dine In Area Section felt Like I was Eating in my un-insulated Garage.

did not give me acceptable portions. This business has been really stingy with their portions recently and i will not continue eating here anymore!!

I have been very disappointed with this location. Gave it another shot and disappointed again. All I wanted was an extra dressing for my salad and was told no. Then I asked if I could pay for an extra dressing and was told no again by a young girl with attitude.I have never had an issue getting an extra salad dressing at any location except this one in Goodyear Arizona. Highly unlikely I will return to this location and will drive farther to the location on Litchfield Rd. Much better service there. Could of had a better review of you would of just sold me an extra salad dressing ‍
