I have found my new favorite Chinese Restaurant! The people are nice and the food is yummy! I went yesterday and ordered shrimp with vegetables and rice and it was delicious! They have hot oil! Ask them about it! It was so good that I came back tonight and ordered black pepper chicken with onions and I can't wait to get home and try it!!!!!! They get a thumbs up from me!

Funny story, I actually ordered by Chinese food at this restaurant by mistake, I meant to call a different one but inadvertently called this one, when I realized it I still went ahead with my order because I figured how bad could it be. The guy on the phone was super friendly and when I arrived to the restaurant it was a pretty decent place and looked pretty clean, the lunch special was a super great value at under $8.00. My order included sesame chicken, General Tao chicken, and shrimp and vegetables, all of her meals are pretty good...

I have filed a complaint with the Tennessee Board of Health against this restaurant.There was a shard a glass in the wonton soup I received tonight.I contacted the restaurant immediately, only to receive chuckles and "we don't put glass in our soup." The manager then advised me to bring it back in and he would get me a new one. I replied "I don't want anything from your restaurant except for that soup to not be sold because someone could seriously be hurt." I received another chuckle and "no."Please do not eat here. There is obvious, blatant disregard for food safety and procedure.

I loved to eat at this place. The service was great and the food was yummy! The teriyaki chicken was our favorites, my kids loved to eat everyday!! Beef broccoli and general Taos chicken were the best dishes also. Highly recommended this restaurant, we need Chinese food every day!

I'm always excited about getting food from China Spring. The food is always fresh and hot,delicious. They are also very generous portions!!! The owners are the best people too! I'm glad they are in my neighborhood... I feel like they are my family and their kids are amazing!!! All a round good experience!

I ate at Hawkers last week and it was 10x worse and 10x more expensive than China Spring. In exchange for a cool hip environment, you get some authentic Chinese cuisine at China spring. Yes, its not the best, but it's definitely one of the best available in nashville in under 10 minutes. I got pan seared dumplings and egg rolls. Both had adequate flavor and the dipping sauce was nice and thick, topped with green onions. This is what I expected going to a Chinese restaurant. Please try them instead of these white washed "asian" restaurants.
