China Bento

I used to come here over 10+ years ago with my family. There was this salt n pepper chicken that I used to get that they no longer do which makes me sad, however their new menu is still very good. I love the build-your-own lunch special. Their portions are HUGE. The lunch special used to come with an egg roll, soup, and salad. Not it's soup OR salad. My boyf got soup and I got the salad so we could try both and they are both 10/10. The best egg drop soup I've had in a while. The salad dressing is the same as it was years ago -- just as amazing. It was pretty empty that day and we had to wait a little towards the end for someone to help us.

Came here on a Sunday evening with some family for some good Chinese food. We ordered 3 entrees and one side dish and definitely ended up with leftovers for our party of three.The Mongolian Beef, Salt and Pepper Wings, Honey Walnut Shrimp were super yummy!! The portions are pretty big so I would recommend sharing vs ordering 1 entree per each person. I wouldn't order the Chicken with Vegetables again though, the vegetable to chicken ratio was very off with it having too many vegetables.We arrived at around 5pm and only waited less than 10 mins to be seated. We got our food pretty quickly after ordering as well. The restaurant does get pretty loud since it's one whole big room vs having walls/dividers. Parking is super easy since it's located with other stores surrounding a huge parking lot, and right off the freeway too!It's a combined Chinese + Japanese restaurant, so I could see this place being the perfect answer for indecisive eaters! Makes it unique and would be a reason why I come back!

Don't know about other people, but I love this place! This is where I take my mom for lunch sometimes, because it's close to home, there is a lot to choose from the menu and food is tasty.The weekday lunch menu used to be such a great deal, and so many combinations to choose from Sometimes you feel like Chinese food, sometimes Japanese, sometimes both! Unfortunately, the prices have gone up, as with all costs lately. But the food always comes out super hot and tasty. Fortunately, we have never had a problem with our food being cold or stale. Also, the portion sizes are pretty big that we always have food left over to take home. I love their Kung pao chicken and egg drop soup with crispy wontons and sweet and sour sauce. It is my go-to!The service here is always excellent. Never had a rude, pushy, or neglectful server. We've been coming here for years, and we will continue to do so!

The prices sure went up here at China China, and Bento & Noodles.Below, I ordered Beef Chow FUN Noodles. It feels you up fast. I like how they LOWERED the price of the Salt & Pepper Chicken Wings, but it's SAD to know that they raised the price of their Honey Walnut Shrimp; which is currently over $22. Other than that, they have good customer service - but improvements can be made w/small details such as including fortune cookies w/our order.

Good foods and fast service. Nice servers. Price is competitive. Enough parking. Good ambiance.

This place is not good at all.. no flavor in the house noodles. The house rice looks like they just put in cut up lunch meat. Salt & pepper chicken dry. And mongolian beef was tuff. Will never go to this place again.

Excellent Wor wonton soup... incredible portion and super fresh ingredients. I've been to both China China and Bento. Since the remodel and blend of both restaurants the quality of the food and the ambiance is incredible! This will be my go to.

This establishment has been in this location forever! Like how they evolve with the times--started out as a traditional sit-down Chinese restaurant (China China), and in the last several years merged with the Japanese restaurant so there is a lot of delicious food choices to order from. Super glad they are still in business and we're able to survive the pandemic.

It's not often you find a restaurant that can serve up Chinese and Japanese cuisine. This restaurant did just that and DID NOT disappoint. Food taste delicious and you can tell they care about the food.Service and staff were amazing. Welcomed immediately by a polite waitress. Was very patient while I looked over the menu. From the time I order to when I received my food, it took no longer than 10 minutes. Waitress kept ensuring I was taken care of until the end of the meal without feeling pushy.Ambiance was calm. Plenty of seatings and is not over congested.Highly recommend!!

We love their food. Both the Chinese dishes, especially the hot and spicy soup, Mongolian beef, walnuts shrimp and mapo tofu.The sushi rolls are superb and the luncheon combo a great choice. The shashimis are fresh and delicious.Their special offers are very tempting too. We plan to order their family special that gives you three $20 coupons for subsequent purchases.We treat it like our lunch room.Just one regret. Someone at the front desk had been using my credit card without my permission for a small amount that looked like a tip. I tipped them generously anyway. This was enough to get my bank notifying me right away. The charge never got through but it was a bother. After my speaking to the possible offender about this without incriminating anyone, the practice had stopped. This might be something one should watch out for not just here but in any establishment.
