I read a lot of reviews before coming here and I know many of them were not the most positive, but I wanted to try it for myself! Overall it's okay but I do think most of the reviews were all pretty accurate :( ***LOCATION***The location is near me so I was really wanting to like it so that I could easily stop by. It's next to Publix and there's a lot of parking out front so very easy to access! ***ATMOSPHERE***The inside looked clean and wasn't too crowded. It had plenty of seating and was nice! ***STAFF***The staff were not rude but really not friendly. I sort of felt unwelcome and they kind of just stare as you try and order to-go. That was a little sad because I read the reviews and was expecting the food to not necessarily be 10/10 but I was hoping the staff would be friendly. They did take my order and get it out quickly though! ***FOOD***Like the others said, it was kind of drowning in sauce. It was still edible but over sauced. I got the teriyaki tofu and the taste was okay. The tofu looked a little old but had a good texture. The rice was normal rice. For me the size was decent and good for a lunch and the 10$ lunch deal was fine! I really didn't like the roll but I got the veggie one so maybe the meat one was better. I also ordered veggie dumplings and those were good but I am a little scared they weren't the veggie ones. ***CONCLUSION***Overall edible. For me it was kind of like having a frozen meal, not bad but just something to eat. The price was okay for lunch and the side was fine for me. The staff wasn't the nicest but they were efficient! I might would go back and try something else or get more dumplings as long as I can be sure they were veggie :)

I picked up lunch here the other day as I needed something quick. I got the lunch special spicy basil fried rice with chicken. Very disappointed in the portion. Came with an egg roll, no drink and still was basically $9. What is lunch special about that? That's reg Chinese food pricing to me, but for a full portion. I got the Boston sushi roll, pretty good. However, the taste of the lunch special food was more than disappointing. The spicy basil fried rice had NO taste, even with the sauce. Wondering how the non spicy tastes then.....I will not be coming back.

2.5/5This chinese spot is conveniently located in the publix plaza and has ample parking space. There are also tables outside or in the restaurant where you can eat. I have ordered from here twice, both to go. Inside, its a bit dark, but a nice quiet spot to have lunch or dinner. The staff is friendly and usually has my order ready by the time i arrive. The lunch specials are a great option, typically under $10 with an entree, rice, and egg roll. Though, i was disappointed by how small the portions seemed and was still left hungry afterward. The beef and vegetables is good for a craving, but the thick sauce and sweet flavor reminded me that there are better options for chinese food. Overall, a good deal and decent food, but not a stand out for me.

One thing I can't stand is an establishment that doesn't value its customers...I've lived in this area over 3yrs and order from Chin Chin frequently, I pretty much order the same thing. Tonight I ordered vegetable fried rice but instead of the peas, carrots & those mini corn looking things (I forgot what they are called) I sub it for broccoli & mushroom which I have done previously...I get a call that it's going to be an extra $4 plus tax I never was charged previously...the girl on the phone also had a rude tone so I just cancelled the order and now have to find a new Chinese restaurant smh cause if I am not valued as a frequent customer then I don't need to spend my money there. Customer service has been thrown out the window and many establishments and that's not cool when it's my money I spend, it's not like they giving away free meals for me to take what they give...nah, bye Chin Chin

Very typical Chinese restaurant, with pretty much the same offerings as most mid-level chinese places. Inside was clean, service was fast and prices were reasonable. Nothing really stood out as being either great or bad, so it's a good option if you're in the area.
