Chilling Fusion

We gave this place a try today for lunch and ended out disappointed. The spot is smaller and lacked decor, random small booths with a small amount of table and chair seating. My buddy ordered some chips and guac and I am not sure if the limes or lemons used were either bad or the chef used way too much because it wa very very sour. I ordered the shrimp cocktail and same thing, so sour like too much lemon was added. I think the other sign this was not going to be the best was the dark soy dressing sitting at the top of the cup with sesame seeds. I mean I get this place is trying out that Mexican Japanese (sushi) fusion with their steak and chicken (cooked rolls) but had I known, I would have just went across the street either Cali Tacos or down the street Arlington Burger which are much better options. Oh yea, why do places ask for a tip and payment before service and food is rendered? Y'all over salted your red salsa as well I didn't happen to get photos during our visit but would not be going back here unfortunately.

Coworker and I came across this new spot and wanted to try it. As with any of my reviews going to walk you through the whole process. Walking in has a mom and pop vibe on the inside. They handed us a menu when we first walked in (you order at the counter). Service was very friendly, a little slow on getting the food out so if you're in a rush something to think about. I ordered the Tacos trio (x2 birria and a fish taco) and chips guacamole and salsa. The food was an utter disappointment, guacamole way too much limon made it sour and unbearable. Birria tacos were tender, but way too over salted. Fish taco was by far the worst no cabbage and fish tasted like it was fried in week old grease. We had really high hopes for this spot, I believe it has potential just need some adjusting!

Place is actually now called Chilling Fusion..We shared a shrimp cocktail and a Bazooka roll fried very good. Definitely different and something different than tacos and burritos.We will definitely come again and try a noodle or rice bowl

Outstanding place for lunch In downtown Buckeye, I got the hibachi trio to go and was super impressed. Sauces come on the side, which was perfect. The fried rice was simple, and the green onion was a nice touch. I will most definitely be back to do this again.

We dined in today and were blown away by the great service and the incredible flavor of the dishes. We will definitely be visiting again!

This was our first time here and it was good. Looks like they do not only sell food but ice cream / desserts. We'll be giving this place another try again.

This is literally the best Mexican food I've had since moving to Arizona 20 years ago. Y'all need to try it- it is SOLID.

We wanted to try something new around town. This place had great pictures and I love the theme. Walking in we were greeted by a friendly host who handed us our menus and allowed us to pick our seat (I love this option!) the decoration was cute and tied into the theme. The place was clean and the menus were not exception. I ordered the hibachi trio and my husbanded ordered the birria ramen. We ordered chips. Guacamole and salsa as appetizers (we always like to tase the salsa at a new spot) the chips felt homemade and the guacamole and salsa were delicious! The food came out in a good time, both meals were also no disappointment, the noodles, veggies and meat were all seasoned excellently and the sauces used were perfect. The flavors really merged together well. I am not a fan of birria ramen, but I did try this one and the birria did taste as real birria should. We will definitely be going back. Oh before I forget we ordered the mangoniada and a strawberry shake for drinks and they were also good AND came in big cups! I was pleasantly surprised with the generous sizes!Service was great beginning to end and I do want to note that the servers wore gloves while handling our plates.

Tiny little taco place in Buckeye. AMAZING food!!! I cannot say enough about the freshness, flavors...sheer fabulosity! I had the BEST burrito of my entire life! Hands down, no comparison. I got the veggie burrito (no cheese). It was divine. There is so much flavor in their food. Even the beans are amazing! The service at this little local joint is great, too. Friendly servers, very welcoming They threw in a free order of veggie sushi tonight, as they are adding sushi to their menu tomorrow.
