Chill Kopi

So glad we finally made it in to try the amazing coffee flights we have been seeing on Yelp and Instagram from other yelpers, especially @jwoweats, at Chill Kopi in Scottsdale!Located at the entrance of Palette Collective, this café is a welcomed site with the husband and wife owners greeting clients with a smile. After asking many questions about ingredient quality, caffeine content, and favorite drinks, we decided that we would each get an individual coffee flight (~125 mg per flight if memory serves). The beans used here are grown on small farms in Indonesia ensuring very high-quality product. They use 1883 Madison Routin French Syrups to flavor their drinks. These fruit juice syrups have no additives or preservatives and half the sugar normal syrups use. Drinks are made with whole milk unless otherwise requested and they have dairy alternatives. We ordered:- Hot Vanilla Oat Latte- Flight of Komodo Dragon Latte, Midnight Rain Latte, Lavender Matcha Latte, Strawberry Coconut Matcha Latte - Flight of Flores Island Latte, Komodo Dragon Latte, Kopi Cream Latte, Midnight Rain Latte These were all excellent tasting, high quality lattes. We did choose our favorites though. I love the creamy coconut strong Komodo dragon latte and the strawberry coconut Matcha latte was so good with the sweet fruit and creamy coconut pairing with the earthy Matcha. My daughter's favorite was the Komodo dragon as well. Her second favorite was Flores Island with a fruity pebbles topping. I don't like energy drinks or think that they are safe, but I would actually get an energy drink from this café. Caffeine for these drinks is derived from green coffee beans and the amount of caffeine is comparable to a cup of coffee. All-natural, high-quality ingredients are used in these energy drinks, just like all of the other drinks on the menu.There's plenty of seating inside Pallete Collective near the front windows or further back into the building. There are gender-neutral restrooms at the back of the building for customers.

Original and exclusive! A must visit!I am happy to be writing the 20th five star review for this business.After reading reviews from Joyce, Michael W and Sara M, I wanted to check out this specialty cafe. The photos of their latte flight enticed me so much that I didn't mind the 17-mile drive. Upon entering the Palette Collective studios in the Talking Stick Pavilions shopping center, my friend and I were warmly welcomed. Zac and Flo are the couple who created and run this specialty coffee cafe. My friend and I listened to the inspiring story on how this passionate couple uses only the top percent of quality beans and their 1883 syrups are free from preserves and artificial colors. He took a year and a half to perfect the Flores Island latte that he named after his wife. So sweet!!I had to get their popular latte flight. With soooo many varieties to select from I had to take a couple of minutes to narrow it down. I ended up picking a Midnight rain (lavender dropped in a white mocha), Komodo Dragron-(toasted marshmallow cream wrapped in a layer of coconut), Kopi Cream-(French vanilla dropped into a velvety rich cloud of white mocha) and the limited time special "U Bae" latte. Served in glass cups, not paper, elevated our coffee experience. I think the $16 and a small 75 cent charge for oat milk, was a fantastic deal for four, 8ozs heavenly lattes! I liked all four flavors but if you like shredded coconut as much as I do, the Komodo Dragon will be your favorite! My friend and I shared the tasty homemade Raspberry prickly pear pop tart that was so good, I didn't have the room to finish all my beverages. Flo gave me cups to go so I could happily take them home. Next on my list to try is the Flores Island latte and strawberry milk tea macaroons! A solid five stars!!!!!

Chill Kopi is such a great spot and happy I was able to stop in on a weekday! First off, the owners Flo and Zack were incredibly welcoming and friendly. I really love their flavors and syrup are not filled with a bunch of processed sugars. They have a great menu and I went with the Flores island and the Kopi cream. The Flores island is a fruity drink and I thought I tasted like a lavender or floral hint to it as well. The Kopi cream was my favorite of the 2! I hope to be able to get over here on a weekday as they are only open M-F but soon to possibly be on the weekends. I'll be here for sure! What a great find! I found this place through Yelp as I try to find local coffee shops. After snooping through their instagram, I noticed they had an Ube Latte! Yay! I knew I had to bring my husband and try it out. You won't be disappointed!The customer service is 10/10 and it's so nice inside! Very clean! We did not go for the flight since we knew we wanted the Ube... However, once they started talking about the Komodo Dragon Latte I knew I had to try it. Both are amazing and I'll be back tomorrow to get the Ube since my husband wasn't sharing :p

Of course size matters.No one wants a small cup of coffee.The movie Kicking & Screaming says it best, "Coffee is the lifeblood that fuels the dreams of champions." Without coffee, I'm pretty much a coach potato. Coffee is what gets me going and Chill Kopi does it right. Between multiple flights, I have tried all their house specialty latte menu. Everything here has been good sip after good sip with no bad beans having tasted. They also serve pastries if you feel like having a snack while having coffee.Come here. They'll soon be opening weekends as well. Get some Sumatra coffee in you and go, Go, GO!

Kopi: It means coffee!Want high-quality Indonesian Sumatra coffee and preservative-free French syrups? Come here. Owned by the sweetest couple, this place is everything. As a fan of having options, a coffee flight ($16 - four 8oz. offerings of your choice) is the way to go. In fact, that is how I tried their whole handcrafted house specialty latte menu, along with a Strawberry Matcha and a Uluwatu already. My favorites are the Bali Blues (get this blended) and Barong's Delight.Good service, great vibes, and plenty of seating. They have games and free wi-fi for all your entertainment needs.If you follow their Instagram, you will see that they're already looking into opening a second location already. Now that's cool! Chill Kopi is an adorable coffee shop inside the Palette Collective (Studios with local wellness and beauty businesses). I heard about their top notch coffees so I was excited to stop by! I got a chance to speak to the friendly owners who explained that they use Sumatra coffee beans which are extremely high quality! Their French syrups are also top notch with no preservatives making the sugar content much less than other places. I selected their latte flight which included any 4 from their menu. I selected the passion fruit matcha latte, flores island, komodo dragon and midnight rain. The beautiful details and presentation were so impressive, honestly they were all my favorites!I definitely will be back when I'm in the neighborhood again!

Great service... great presentation... tasty too. They need their own place/ste/bldg maybe some weekend hours.

Saw this on IG and worth the stop!! Owners are super friendly and there's so many cute drinks & snacks to pick from. Very nice sitting area too to enjoy your lattes :D

Stopped in before a hair appointment. Owners were so amazingly sweet and passionate about what they were doing. Menu had some great options! Ended up getting the Kopi Cream and a macaron, both were incredibly delicious. By far my favorite coffee shop so far.
