If I could give minus stars I would!Yes I know Friday nights are busy but there's no excuse for not even acknowledging your customers.First walk-in in the place was dim which is ok but at closer look it's wasn't exactly clean either.We came in sat at the bar since the bar area was full but didn't want to sit in the restaurant. Bartender (Kat) looked over at us and went back to making drinks. Fifteen minutes later she finally came over and said she'd be with us in a minute. Now twenty five minutes later she gives us menus and asks what we want to drink. Since we hadn't been here in a few years because of the food and service we weren't sure so we asked for water while we decided.Eventually the water came and she once we gave her our drink order she wanted to rush us on deciding what to order for food. We quickly picked items.Appetizers came out we barely started on them and our food came out. So our food got cold while trying to eat our appetizers. Already not pleased with the service we were greatly disappointed in the food. The mini burgers had zero flavor even with ranch on them and the chicken bacon ranch quesadillas had a weird flavor (which is something I use to order all the time) and were extremely greasy on the outside.After horrible food it took another twenty or so minutes to get the check. Of course you're forced to use their little computer thing to pay and can't even get a receipt. Guess Chili's is wanting to go really impersonal with their service.As I said we hadn't been in a while because of poor service and subpar food we had hoped it had improved but it's gotten worse. We won't ever be back. There are a few different restaurants in the area big chain and local that appreciate their customers and provide better customer service not to mention a better variety of food that is quality.

Classic ol' chilis!! Filling pasta, buttery toasted garlic bread, the best cheap margaritas on the side. what a great way to end a night! the service was pretty normal for a busy night

I had a great time at Chilis. Ordered the triple dipper that comes with the big bites, boneless chicken wings and southwest egg rolls. It's always way more food than I can actually finish. Chilis has great deals/prices for their food. Our waitress was very attentive and quick. She was real friendly too. It was busy but not so busy we couldn't be seated. Definitely a family friendly spot vibe.

Man. We love Chilis but today's visit was underwhelming. Food was great, we were seated quickly. It did take a good few minutes before we were approached for drinks and our order. Our food came out in a descent time. No refills, no check ins. It took a looooong time to stop by and ask if we needed anything else before the ticket. My poor son even commented on how long it was taking. While waiting I did notice another server helped my server by taking a table's order. That was nice. I did see the manager helping bringing out drinks to a table but didn't quite make it around the section to see everyone was ok. Wed at 1-3pm is rather long for four people to get thru a lunch. Maybe they were short staffed, our server R did apologize but just spoke about how large of a load he had.

With most mid-priced chain restaurants, food is usually mediocre (and often not good for you) and service is hit or miss (depending on which server you get & how their day is going). But, this location is particularly clean (bussers continuously wiping down tables & seats), and it serves up the standard Chili's menu... We enjoyed ourselves. The $5 margarita of the month for April was the Straw-Eddy, which was dangerously too easy to knock back. The bar & kitchen were quick to prep, and service was attentive. Our server kept the drinks comin, along with the bottomless chips & salsa. In addition to the never-ending margs & munchies, we also tried the Honey-Chipotle Chicken & Waffles. And, whoa... this is a combo we plan on coming back for.

This location never misses a beat! My waitress Jess is the sweetest & most attentive woman. She always takes care of me and makes a mean margarita!!! I normally come during lunch and am always immediately sat. The food is always amazing! Today (&always) my burger was cooked to perfection!!

As a customer of over 15 years, it's unfortunate that we will no longer eat at Chillis on Kuykendahl. My wife and I eat at this location at least once a week and spend no less than $50 every week. We ordered dinner for our family of 5 on 5/24/24 through DoorDash. The delivery guy was amazing our food was hot and on time, 5 stars!! Unfortunately, the order was completely wrong. My wife and 3 three children ordered the bacon burgers. We received 4 burgers with just meat, bun and fries. My wife called Chilis and spoke with the manager ,Hailey. On the phone ,Hailey constantly called my wife "dear" and laughed as my wife explained the receipt from chilis, the correct order from DoorDash all said something different. The receipt from chilis says BB, bacon burger and bacon was not on any of the burgers. Photos were sent to DoorDash. It was so unprofessional my wife and I drove to the location to speak with a different manager. Last week we ordered from the same location and the order was wrong, the gentleman I spoke with was apologetic and offered to correct the order or a refund, never had to speak with the manager. When we arrived at Chilis with the 4 incorrect orders and we asked to speak with the manager. Hailey eventually came to the counter and greeted us and said "take it upWith DoorDash, she never listened to anything we had to say about the receipt we received from chilis. As the lobby continued to fill , up she constantly smiled and gave condescending comments . Customers at the bar turned around to witness this conversation as well as staff in the kitchen. Hailey told us to leave "HER" restaurant. My wife asked her why she thought her behavior was acceptable and why she felt antagonizing the situation was helping. Her unprofessional behavior triggered my wife to record her behavior. Hailey responded she was calling the police and to leave "HER " store as she yelled in my face as well as wife. It's unfortunate that after 15 years, my family gets this type treatment.
