The ambiance and service is friendly and welcoming . I enjoyed my time here. The bathroom is clean . Plenty of free parking in a shared lot . The food is a good portion price and good quality . I got a steak quesadilla with a Mexican soda , that included avocado , pico de gallo and sour cream for about $20.00 . The place is clean . They have indoor and outside seating . I ate outside because it was a great evening to do so .

Welp they did it again. Cut the meat portion by 50% yet again. Burritos are darn near unrecognizable now. They kind of seem like they're done with this place to be honest, like nobody wants to be there anymore. They should just close up because nobody really wants this half hearted food anymore either.

I was very exciting to try this place and was pretty disappointed. The food wasn't hot when it was delivered which is always a pet peeve of mine. Flavor was pretty bland as well for somewhere that advertises itself as mexican street food. It appears the bowl and the Mexican plate were identical despite the different descriptions. I may go back - but if I do I'd just play it safe with a burrito

Fast casual Mexican in the Chestnut Hill area that was decent but not great. Located in an upscale shopping center a few minutes away from BC, it's a pretty popular spot for people to grab and go although they have a few seats if you're inclined to stay. I got a bowl with carnitas and it was just ok. Overall the flavors were pretty tame and I needed to add some hot sauce to perk up the taste buds. The jamaica was a tad too sweet and the horchata was just ok. While I'm making this place sound bad, its not, I just have a picky palate when it comes to Mexican food since I'm a bit spoiled having eaten a lot in Queens, NYC. If you're looking for a decent priced burrito in the area, you could do far worse.

Overall really good Mexican restaurant. I think people do a lot of takeout here. Interior is super cute and cleanly. The menu had a ton of options including tacos, burritos, salads, bowls, and even enchiladas. They also had a few specials which were Burria tacos and churros. Another thing to note is they do have a kids menu if you are coming with your family. The one thing I will say is it is extremely expensive. Two tacos were 16$. They did have a lot of toppings though.

Ugh- this place is super mediocre. I really get the sense they are phoning it in and the quality is sub par. The few times I've eaten here the food had been under seasoned or unseasoned- salt is your friend! The rice and beans are bland as well. There's better Mexican out there. Find it.

I've been to the JP location when it first opened and loved the food. I was pleasantly surprised when I found out they have a location on Route 9 in Newton.Unfortunately, their food was nothing like their JP location. I got the al pastor taco salad, and despite having beans, cheese, and pork in the salad, the food was surprisingly bland.Maybe I'll have to try another dish from this location.
