Came for Seattle Restaurant Week! My husband and I made reservations in advance for a Wednesday night. It was a pretty busy spot, so highly recommend making reservations for dinner. The ambiance is nice! Lots of tables and service is friendly and efficient. The SRW menu is $65 available Sunday - Friday and it serves 2-3ppl. Portions are pretty generous, could maybe even serve 4 ppl if you have some lighter eaters. They have both a vegan SRW menu and a meat version. We opted for the meat one. Includes choice of dumpling, small bites, noodles, fried rice, and large plate, which is a pretty nice variety. My only critique was that I wish it included dessert or something sweet to end the meal on.Dumpling: Mala spicy soup dumpling - which was super tasty! Definitely my favorite of all the items!Small bites - sweet and sour baby back ribs - my husband was a huge fan! Had good flavor and a nice tang! Noodles - dan dan chili oil noodles - we really enjoyed the noodles! Wish the noodles had more chew but sauce was really good!Fried rice - shrimp fried rice - delicious!Large Plate - wagyu beef in chili oil - had nice flavor but the texture of the meat was a little weird for us. It's really soft. I also got a lemon iced tea which was on the strong side, maybe I should have tried their milk tea. I like that they have other drink options though! Overall, enjoyed this spot and would come back for the soup dumplings! Also great that they have a good amount of vegan/vegetarian options for our friends.

We had this place bookmarked for the longest and finally gave it a shot to celebrate the Lunar New Year, the year of the Wood Dragon. My partner and I were excited, but this place was alright overall. Not a great place to celebrate anything special, more for chill friend time or lunches. Be warned also that, like Bangrak Market, this place only has a few tables for just two people (they have mostly tables for groups), and most likely, you will be sitting at the bar. A few of us couples made this a date night on Saturday and were all seated at the bar, it was pretty disappointing. The food was delicious, just served in the smallest dishes. The pictures don't do them justice, the servings were much smaller in person. -The Mala Spicy Dumplings were amazing!! I highly recommend them. They weren't spicy at all, but maybe we didn't feel the spice since we love spicy food. -The Dan Dan noodles were alright, the sauce wasn't very numbing at all, it was a little disappointing but I know it's not always a fan fave so understand.-The Honey Walnut Shrimp was amazing!! This is a must if you like shrimp. The soju cocktails were so well made that we wanted more but were too full, especially the cocktail with lychee! The service was quick and efficient even on a busy night like the Lunar New Year celebrations. Even though we had a reservation, there was still a 10-minute wait, which was annoying at first, especially just to be sat at the bar. It seemed unnecessary to make us wait, but I guess that's just their process. The servers weren't very chatty, and the restaurant was very well-staffed. These guys were on it, they were trying to flip the tables asap, the second you were done with your dish, they were already there picking it up. We'll be back for lunch or HH next time!

My husband and I came here on a Saturday night around 6pm and were seated immediately, although it got really busy shortly after so would probably recommend a reservation if you have more than 2 people in your party. The decor is fun, lots of red and paper lanterns. The service was very prompt until the very end when it was busier. We had to go up to the bar to pay because we waited about twenty minutes and the waiter still hadn't picked up our check. As for the food, we got the mixed dumplings, cucumber salad, spicy Dan Dan noodles, and the fish blossom. The dumplings were excellent, as was the cucumber mushroom salad. The Dan Dan noodles were spicy and delicious. The fish blossom wasn't bad, but it's essentially fried fish with a ton of sweet and sour sauce on it and it was way too sweet for me. It might have been better if it were served with rice to cut the sweetness, but it comes solo. Other than that though, it was all delish and I would happily go back!

A fantastic visit in Seattle, recommend by Yelp -- and Yelp reviewers were right. This smaller shop offers moderately loud music with an upbeat theme as well as pan-Asian decor. Booths, lounge seats and standard dining tables are all offered, as well as bar seating. While not a large place, this spot offers BIG flavor! After a cold day exploring Seattle, we wanted warm comfort food and we got it here. Our food was brought out very quickly and our waitress was super attentive to water and changing out utensils. I highly recommended this for a couple/group or even solo looking for Asian cuisine. The menu offered more "Americanized" options as well as more authentic flavors. There is also an extensive bar list, with our favorite, Soju.

With high ratings, we booked a table for six for dinner on a Monday evening at 6 p.m. We left disappointed. Here's why.1) Food: It was hit or miss. The cucumber ear wood salad and dan dan noodles were good with balanced flavor and spice. The steamed vegetables and the shrimp dumplings fell flat.2) Drinks: They have a large drink menu and my wife and I enjoyed the white wine from New Zealand.3) Space: It's one room with a bar and two unisex bathrooms in the back.4) Service: This is where it went wrong. First of all, they never got back to us to confirm our reservation leaving it pending. Once we arrived, it took about 10 minutes to notice we were there. It took 30 minutes for someone to take our order and a few items were delayed or wrong. When asked, staff got very defensive and blamed other staff. I wouldn't go back here....even for the dan dan noodles.

One of my new favorite spots! The food here was so good as well as the presentation! Some of the best dumplings I've had and I loved the different varieties I had to try them all! The truffle though was to die for! Right next to Rob Roy it was perfect to have a couple drinks then walk right next door here Service was great and I liked that they had the Santa chairs for the holidays

Came here for happy hour on a Friday (Happy Hour is until 6 PM)The holiday decorations are SO adorable (little santa hat chair backings)! We tried (following are HH pricings):Hot & Sour Soup ($2) - fineCrab Rangoon ($6) - crispy and creamy. loved the fact that they were real crabDan Dan Noodles ($8) - so good, probably one of my favorite items. Soft, thin noodles swimming in a bed of hot chili oil with pork crumbles on top.Chicken Chow Mein ($9) - this was fine. Thin fresh egg noodles with a few pieces of chicken.Normal Menu:Kung Pao Wagyu Sirloin ($29) - One of the more expensive items on the menu. It was good and I think the amount of protein provided justifies the price.Mixed Soup Dumplings ($12) - Awesome. Delicate wrappers with a juicy filling. My favorite of the variety was the truffle pork. The staff members were so sweet and accommodating :)

This little spot was so so good! Was across the street watching the game and saw this gem as we were walking up. Saw the menu and reviews on yelp, and pair that with it being 40 degrees and lower, made the executive decision to stop in.We were seated right away and it took a few to get things going, but once we did, it was so good. We got the truffle soup dumplings, chicken soup dumplings, and the chili oil noodles.Everything was delicious! Good came out with steam billowing from each plate. I think the chicken dumplings edged out the truffle by a little bit for me. Both were super flavorful (no pun intended), and the chili oil noodles had just enough heat to make you question if you need a sip of water.Bill was totally reasonable, and we left stuffed without feeling sick. This is definitely a spot I want to revisit my next visit to Seattle!

0 expectations before. And so impressed now!!!So delicious! I ordered Mixed Basket Dumplings and Pork MeatballDumplings were good, especially with chicken, omg! So perfectly flavoured! About meatball - I had never eaten such a tender meat dish!! I really don't have any words to fully explain my feelings. It was really fantastic! A soup was great, the only thing that could be improved - maybe to flavour bock choy just a little bit. But in general..wow I came around 6pm on Saturday and it was super easy to find a table. Later it got busy. The staff wasn't the nicest, but was ok. Overall it was great experience. I would definitely come back.
