Very nice to find a KFC place in this Bridle Trails mall! The staff were super friendly & helpful with helping me pick which items to order for my first time here. The food took about 15-20 minutes to be prepared, so maybe consider ordering ahead of time? I saw they were receiving lots of orders through the phone and online ordering platforms while I was waiting for my food.I got the Shake Shake Fries and Soy Gangjung bone in chicken (half order). Both were very well prepared with great crunchy texture and flavors. Very reasonably priced too.

This is one place I am having a lot of rave about. Likely the best K fried chicken in PNG..Their fried chicken is just so good. I personally liked the fried chicken with bone way more than the boneless ones. I have tried Garlic soy, original and buldok and everything is good. Personally I probably liked the original the most because of its simplicity and how juicy and tender it was. The outlet is rather small and I would recommend pickup. Not a great ambience to dine in anyways. I recommend ordering or doing a pickup. As for the service this place is really picking up - so expect little wait time - up to 15-20 minutes.

Two visits in three days. What do you think?Right now, my favorite fried chicken place in the Pacific Northwest. When we first visited, we had the boneless Cheese Snow, and half&half of bone-in Soy Garlic and Yangyeom. Seasoning was perfect. The chicken perfectly moist and crispy. Take-out service was excellent. It took less than 15 minutes from order to walking out the door, despite each order of chicken being freshly cooked. And it tasted fresh. We couldn't resist, and started snacking on the boneless pieces right in the car home. Each piece was steaming hot and ever-so-moist!Two nights later, we went in again, and this time had half&half of bone-in Soy Ganjung (not on the printed menu) and Soy Garlic (again!!!), and half&half of Cheese Snow and Vegetable Cheese (also not on the printed manu). This time, we added their Shake Shake Fries and Pickled Radish. Again, everything was off-the-charts good. The fries were amazing. Eaten in the car, they were perfectly crispy on the outside, and steaming hot and creamy inside. Once we got home, we sprinkled the seasoning on them, shoke the bag, and then they were even better!! The included seasoning was generous and could season 3 to 5 times more fries. So I know what I'm doing tomorrow - buy the extra crispy fries from the freezer section of the supermarket, air-frying them and shaking the Chiko seasoning on top.I'd give Chicko Chicken 6 Stars if I could! If they can maintain the standards, this is going to be my regular KFC place. Great addition to the food scene in Bellevue coming from Canada. The shop is still brand new, so signboard wasn't even up yet. It's clean and spacious, but obviously meant for take-out with just a few hard plastic tables and chairs.

Came at 5pm on a Thursday, still had to wait 30 min for the food even though no one else was there. Chicken came out hot, crispy, and delicious. Both snow cheese and soy gangjung were very good. You have to pay additional if you want radish. Solid korean fried chicken spot, would recommend ordering ahead of time so you don't have to wait!

I like those wings! We ordered the original and Yangyeom flavor. The original flavor is really crispy. I also like the Yangyeom flavor, it's sweet and spicy.

Just a short review for a takeout order. We walked in, ordered at the counter, went to do errands at the same plaza, returned to pick out order and left. The process is utilitarian. The counter person was nice, not much else to add. The deco is non-existent - white walls, blue walls, and white furniture. That seems to be their standard look without any decorations on the walls based on internet photos. We ordered a half and half - yangyeom (sweet and moderate spicy) and buldak (spicy). For my hubby who eats 2 stars in restaurant, yangyeom was his limit. I eat 4 to 5 stars, and buldak was a flavorful spicy without any burn. It was still piping hot when we arrived home. The chicken kept its crunch despite the sauce and the lagged time. Pretty good. The cost is $26.90 for the two flavors. The order is enough for three meals, and we made some sides at home. For Kirkland prices, it is about what I would expect. They are more 3.5 Stars for me. No particular reason to round up or round down; I am rounding up given the business is relatively new here. Chicko Chicken have many Canada locations. This Kirkland location appears to be the first in the U.S.

Atmosphere: 3/5As previous reviews have mentioned, they are lacking a lot of interior decor (no tv, decorations, etc). The ambiance doesn't give "korean fried chicken" vibes. They don't seem to sell alcohol.Service: 5/5The man at the counter was kind and enthusiastic. He asked us how the food tasted once we were done.Food: 4/5We got the cheese snow and the yangyeom. Beware, if you have zero spice tolerance you might find the yangyeom a bit spicy! My boyfriend claims this is the best korean fried chicken spot in the greater Seattle (which speaks volumes because he is crazy about his chicken). I agree, it was very delicious and juicy. I took off a star, however, because I noticed that they mix a few boneless pieces in when you ask for bone in. I'm a strictly bone in type of person so I wasn't a fan of the stray boneless pieces. I also noticed that the drumstick pieces were the big kind - no issue with that, it was very good.Radish is not included and you need to pay a small fee.I wish they had distinct options for dine in as they packed our order as if it was a to-go order and charged a bag fee even though we were dining in.Prices are very affordable!Location: 5/5Located in the Bridle Trails plaza next to Anytime fitness and Grocery Outlet.

Finally tried this place after talking about it for the past month or so. We noticed it in the Bridle Trails Plaza one day and got so excited knowing there was a local KFC shop!First impression when walking in - it looks to be really well cleaned and the staff is super friendly. They were patient and explained everything to me when I was unsure about what to get. You can see back into the kitchen when you're at the front counter as well, and it appeared to be well maintained. Our first order, we opted for a full size of boneless chicken with a mix of flavors - soy garlic and buldak. We also asked for a side of the Haek Buldak to see how spicy it was. Highly recommend trying it if you love spicy! I personally like it more as a side sauce as opposed to coating the chicken as the spice really builds and is definitely on the higher end of my tolerance. Since my initial experience above, we've frequently Chicko Chicken a handful of times and have yet to be let down. The chicken is always super fresh, crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and seasoned perfectly. I think my favorites are the Soy Garlic, Cheese Snow, and Buldak. The shake fries are also super good! I find it a little odd though that the shake fries are cheaper than the regular side of fries, but both have been the same portion when we ordered them at the same time. This is our top spot when we're craving KFC. Appreciate their reasonable pricing, fresh ingredients, and great staff. Thank you Chicko Chicken!!!

The chicken is yummy and reasonably priced...when you get what you ordered. We came by on Saturday night and ordered bone-in half original and half soy garlic, we received one original drumstick, one original wing, one flat soy garlic and the rest were all boneless pieces. The breading is crunchy and the sauce on the soy garlic delicious, but the boneless pieces were a bit dry. Don't come by past 9pm. Their posted hours are 11am-10pm but when we came in just before 9pm and ordered to dine in we were told they closed at 9:30pm but that we were welcome to stay. They clicked their open sign off at 9:15pm and flipped their seats onto the tables, by 9:20pm the space filled with the smell of bleach, so we took it as our hint to leave. All in all, it was worth a try and will come back to try the other flavors but won't be our go-to.
