My boyfriend and I didn't realize this was a ghost kitchen. We were skeptical so we called. The man picked up and was so friendly through the phone! We decided to place an order in person because we were unsure of what we wanted. We went to the place and worked on getting our order through the kiosk but we couldn't figure it out. We called the owner and he sent someone to help us and he took our order in person . We both asked for the fish combo. I got the 4 piece chicken wings and the shrimp! My boyfriend got the perch and 4 piece wings. Everything was so yummy and the guy accommodated how many sauces we wanted. This is my new to go! FAST, EASY AND TASTY!!

very flavorful, well cooked food! excellent customer service as well, and they are really fast and open till 3AM. what a perfect spot for late night cravings. the fish nuggets are perfectly golden, crispy and airy. the chicken is juicy. everything well fried really well. I was definitely impressed by their food and customer service. I would rate them higher than all the other fried chicken spots honestly.

Awesome food and great service, came in late and the staff helped me get my order situated when I had problems with the kiosk. They also gave me every sauce they had and the grub was slapping!! If your up north and looking for something like Harold's, here you go!!

In terms of spots to get fried goodness done right and indulgence at a great price-- this is the SPOTI'd been searching for somewhere to get shrimp that's done well-- not that common Chicago style where the shrimp is so huge is stringy, fried from frozen and watery, with thick, unseasoned batter.I ordered shrimp and decided to try their tenders, hush puppies, fried pickles and okra, figuring it might not be great but if it was I'd have leftovers to throw in the air fryerWOW was I impressed! It was so so so flavorful, so well done and huge portions for the price. Best fried shrimp I've had on the Northside, no contest. Thin-but-unbroken, peppery, well seasoned batter that came crunchy even after 20 minute delivery (I def reco eating this stuff fresh if you can!) Chicken was delicious with great batter, so good! Perfectly dense hush puppies, reallllllly good okra (fresh, non slimy insides with plump seeds), and actually crazy good fried pickles in tasty thin chips that you get a metric ton of-- you'll have leftovers or enough to share with like... 8 people haha. Fries were nothing special but that's no big deal. I had also ordered Taffy Grapes but they were out so they threw in cheesecake, which was a nice touch! Great service! If you've got a craving for chicken, shrimp, fish or some good fried vegetables, you actually need to check this place out! We'll be ordering again!

I ordered boneless wings for the first time & they were great! Second time, my Boneless chicken wings were undercooked, rubbery & smelled funky. Did not look like your average boneless wings, seemed like they ripped pieces apart from a bone in chicken & decided to fry it. Disappointed

We arrived in town from Oregon too late for a restaurant stop. We needed something young and old would like. We randomly chose Chicken Factory for delivery. It was really good chicken! Just really good chicken. Price was right too. Beats a day of airport food or KFC by a long shot. Nicely done.

The food was great. The waitress was very helpful and nice. They greeted us a=with an smile. The whole time they smiled. They came back several times and asked us is there anything else. we need to let them know, they refilled our drinks. We will be back. The restrooms was very cleaned smelled good.
