I was excited to have another option for lunch within walking distance of the office, even more so when My coworker went and gave me the rest of his fries. We're talking waffle fries that stay crisp and don't go soggy. I was also impressed by the size of the chicken on the sandwich. I had to try it for myself. My first time going I ordered the Goldrush and some fries. My mistake was ordering a sandwich with an onion ring on it. I don't like how the onion slides out on the first bite. The fries I got on this visit were nothing like the ones I had from my coworker, they were very soggy.I decided to give it one more try though and this time I ordered the OG Chickadee, with no onion ring on the sandwich I had nothing else to complain about and really enjoyed it, I also dropped a hint at the register that I prefer crispy fries and they delivered them up to my preference!This place is incredible, but after the initial novelty, sticker shock is preventing me from coming back regularly. You're looking at paying 12 dollars for a sandwich and 6 for a side of waffle fries. I think that's acceptable pricing for the nightlife in the area that might stop in, but it makes it a hard sell as a regular lunch spot. I think adding special lunch pricing, and including dipping sauce with the fries would make this place go from good to great.

Excellent ambiance. Perfect for groups. Their chef is super generous - he'll let you into the kitchen to see where the magic happens (and light your cigs on their stove).

It isn't bad but it also isn't good. This was the first time I've ever had a dark chicken sandwich and so that was a little weird for me. The quality was lacking but the staff was friendly and the place was very cute.

The fries were good, but the sandwich was OFF. Biting into it was difficult, and had a weird texture. Seemed overcooked? Presentation was good, and so were the pickles.

Tried 3 different entrees- 2 Salads were huge and quite tasty for the price- but u gotta get rid of those boxed croutons! How about a grilled 1/2 bun on the side instead ? The take out sandwich was still steaming hot after a 20 min drive home and was even tasty the next day - slaw was ok... needs sweetening or acidity or? Pickles!!!! Pickles were yum ! Put them on the menu! It did take 10-15 min and the place was empty Sunday at 1 pm/

It seems that when I come here during the day the good is fresh and tasty. But when I go at night I see the fryer basket full of precooked chicken. It doesn't taste fresh and leaves you wishing you didn't spend your money on it. The chicken is so thick... maybe take a mallet to it first?

I tried the Southern Heat sandwich on a Saturday at 4pm. The food arrived in just 5 minutes, but there's no indoor seating. Nevertheless, the sandwich had fantastic flavor.

Yet again, they disappoint. Don't let your worst enemy eat here. They forget multiple items and the chicken is dry. You are WAY better off going to one of the pizza places after the bar. Hopefully this place closes down soon before they scam more people in old town

Worst chicken I've ever had. Was hoping for a good chicken sandwich and instead was unsure if it was even chicken. Tough to chew and the meat had different colors. Couldn't pay me to have this again and I imagine it won't be around long.

Staff was very nice and helpful, but the chicken sandwich was unpleasant to eat to say the least. Would rather have ate jack in the box or Taco Bell without a doubt. The buffalo sandwich was so strong tasting that I didn't even take a second bite.. try it out but don't get the buffalo sandwich
