It was blazing the other day, and my order taker, Cameron E, was amazing! He helped us with the menu and got us to try one of their shakes. With how hot is is outside, he seemed to have a lot of energy and overall looked like he loved his job! The line went by super fast. And those fries were HOT.

This has got be the worst Chick-Fil-A ever. Service/friendliness is non existent at this location. Especially if you're familiar with CFA, it's jarring how the employees are here. I expect this behavior from other fast food places but not CFA. Also, what's the point of having two lane drive thru when they never utilize it!!! Especially for mobile orders! So I have to wait longer when I place a mobile order alongside people placing orders?? That's not how it is at other CFA's. Just poorly run here, especially how the location is and traffic starts pooling into The Habit parking lot is unacceptable. Now with all this mess, the food is mediocre. This visit I got the breakfast burrito that hardly had any chicken, hash browns were cold and they forgot the breakfast salsa despite me asking. Also heard a whole conversation from the employees about how a customer was coming back because they forgot items in his/her order and the girl was trying to get someone else to go give it to him/her because she was afraid. Maybe don't mess up peoples orders? There was literally 4-5 employees just standing around in the area where they're handing out food. No reason why orders should be slow and incorrect. Hopefully this location will improve their service and food and become the CFA that we are all used to having.

I love chick fil an overall but the employees running it and management is not helping this location be the best. I always call to ask if they could separate the food into another bag as I have to give them to my employees and they always don't do it or if they do it's a rare occasion; when they do and they always miss our sauces and get upset when we tell them about it and always tell us they did put the sauces don't get me started on the drinks. I just wish they could figure out how to organize their employees and orders.

Went to chick-fil-a in Surprise this evening. My chicken wasn't done. The crispiness was falling off the chicken, mushy. My salad was lukewarm, and my chicken was cold.- not sure if it was the end of night blues but super sad for a super simple order :( southwest chick salad with crispy fil a . :(Salad toppings were missing so I parked and went up to the window and all four employees had their backs to the window stood there for 10 minutes with no one turning around - I just left.

Meh.Decided to check out the new Chick-Fil-A tonight for dinner. I ordered a chicken sandwich and a strawberry shake. Drive thru line wasn't too bad tonight. Still a bit chaotic, but I've seen worse.Why meh? The chicken sandwich just wasn't good. The bun was drenched in butter and flattened like a pancake. It was soggy and nasty. The chicken breast wasn't that crispy/crunchy and didn't have the distinct taste that I'm used to. Like 3/4 of the way through my sandwich, I took a bite and came across a red/purple tendon. Threw away the rest of the sandwich. Grossed me out.Strawberry Shake- Still the best in the business! Chick-Fil-As strawberry shake is my favorite fast food shake and I crave it all the time. Its soooooo good. None better! The only reason I will come back to this location is for a shake. If I'm getting food, I'm definitely driving to the other Chick-Fil-A down Bell Road.

I like the architecture of this new location. The lines are LONG! Ever since covid Chick-Fil-A has been off the charts busy everywhere. The line starts down from the street from the business. Everythibg is roped off and attendant is there to guide people to the line. Once you hit the parking lot you get into 2 lines or you can park and order from their outdoor walk up area. No inside dining here. Fast friendly service. If you want condiments make sure you ask to receive them.

Day two of the newest Surprise location being open and our experience went off without a hitch. This location has a new concept of drive thru and walk up only. You read that right. There is no inside seating or play place here. Don't worry they still offer curbside pickup; just order and get in line with the drive thru and let them know when you're there. The double lane drive thru comes with multiple intercoms to order and merge at the pick up window. Service was as amazing as you have come to expect and we were in and out in under 10 minutes even with the massive amount of cars. They offer a great size patio with outside seating and walk up windows to order. We came for breakfast since last night the lines were insane but n opening day. Our food was tasty and my vanilla cold brew was perfect.

Did a mobile order for this location and they don't have a mobile line. Everyone feeds into one single line for service. The young lady nicely told me they don't have just a mobile line and to please move out of the exit lane which at other locations is the mobile lane. If you want fast drive through don't go here.
