This has got to be the slowest, inefficient Chick-fil-A in San Diego. The one on Dennery. The service is hella slow on multiple occasions and it's barely anyone in line so I really can't understand why.. They really need to evaluate their flow and the staff that are working. I've been in the drive through line for over 30 minutes now and counting.

The french fries were kind of cold. I was a little sad about that that's one reason why I minus one star. And I ordered a chicken sandwich but I was supposed to be spicy but it was only regular and I did order it with no pickles so the Byron been more fresh email on the bun with a little soggy and the team member forgot my drink and when he give me the good he said I will be right back and then he forgot again. But as they About to close 1020 pm inside a manager walked by and I told him about it, and he took care of it and he he said he was sorry and he also went above and beyond

Today I ordered a Cobb salad with grilled nuggets & no bacon, the sticker even says special order but the contents are reg nuggets with bacon. I'm not mad but I just wish they would pay more attention in case there happens to be a customer with dietary restrictions

Customer service at this location is horrible. I've been to the free Wednesday breakfast a couple of times with my little girls (6 and 8 yrs old ) every time I get free breakfast for the 3 of us. Today, I wanted to see if I could get it through the drive thru, so I called first, and I was told I had to go inside the store, so I did. I got there, and the manager, Dennise, told me that my girls could not get free breakfast because they needed to show the app on their phone or tablet, my daughters do NOT own any electronic devices they're only 6 and 8, so they could not get free breakfast. Dennise was very rude, lacks customer service, and was not friendly at all, which I find it strange as I have never encountered a Chick Fil A employee at other locations who was this rude.

This location has employees that are telling people that lunch takes up to 25 mins extra to wait. Say you have lazy staff without saying you have lazy staff. I hope you guys understand that's why you guys have worse reviews than mission valley chic fila and they are quicker and busier. Even mira Mesa is better than here and that a long drive for me. Whoever the operator of this location is needs to take a long hard look at management and how they are leading or the problems will persist. Coming from a store manager himself
