We placed an order using the drive through at the Chick-fil-a. Two spicy chicken sandwich combinations and a grilled chicken combo. Typical for Chick-fil-a it was a very efficient ordering experience and the line moved quickly. We were handed our drinks and food. We drove to University Hospital to visit someone there. When we unwrapped our food we were missing one sandwich. Then the adventure began. I called the number for the store on the receipt. I got the first voice menu. I selected the one for issues with the order. I was transferred to the second voicemail menu. None of the options were for a missing item. I selected the closest one to missing item. I was placed on hold. When the person came on the line, she asked about my issue, took the store number, order number and my contact information. I was told that the store would get back with me. I asked "when"? She couldn't give a timeframe. I asked about a refund (the combo is over $10). No commitment. It's up to the store. Bottom line: I'm out $10!for a food item I did not receive, spent 10 minutes on the phone to try and rectify the situation and received no commitment that the situation would be handled and no approximate date/time when I'd here back. All in all a very disappointing experience.Follow up: I received a call the next day from someone at this Chick-fil-a. They promised that they'd bring it to the attention of their staff to ensure orders are correct. That's good but ... given the sheer volume of orders at any given Chick-fil-a, there will be a small percentage of orders which are wrong. That's the process which needs attention. They did give me a free sandwich if I order on their app to compensate for the missed sandwich. It expires in three months.

I placed a breakfast order on the app to pick up on my way to work. While entering the drive thru, I didn't see the code to scan to check in so I drove up to the speaker and had to wait a minute for someone to answer. What's the point of ordering thru the app?? Every other CFA has a mobile order line with the code so I can just zip on thru. This was slightly annoying, so I pull up and there's two cars ahead of me. When I finally reached the front, the girl asked my name...????...I'm the only one left in line and I already told you at the speaker!?! So she then has me pull forward, tf?? No one else is in line and I ordered thru the app so I don't have to be waiting extra! FINALLY got my order and of course no salsa for my burrito. This is one of those poorly run CFA. No mobile order only lane and too long of a wait time plus they miss condiments.

Service is sloooooow in drive through terrible it was breakfast come on not a lot of customers I now know why. The person taking the order spoke so soft I had to hang out my window to hear. I got up to the window and the woman working the "window" was less then pleasant when I mentioned my concerns further after all that time I had to pull up and wait for my order. This franchisee needs to monitor as I haven't been to chick-fil-a in over a year and after this I don't know I'll be back EVER

I stayed at a hotel a Mile away, it was a long day capped with a 2 hour drive. So I was delighted to see a chick -fil-a close to get a to go order. I arrived to my hotel noticing the salad sideways in the bag and my brownie no where to be seen. They list a local number on the receipt and it goes to a call center somewhere. I'm in no mood to go back to get the brownie. If I do I will return the entire meal to them It's been 10 minutes on hold and waiting The last several visits to chick fil a have been less than good Finally got an answer and he can onlyTake a report No resolution

So sloooowww... everyone seems confused, things are unorganized, bit of an attitude on some. Double check your order before you drive off... because something will be missing and you wouldn't wanna get stuck in that 15-20 minute line again. The food is good though, that's on par with other locations. I've given this location many many chances and I'll drive outta my way to the Camelback location from now on.

Honestly, I was shocked to see what a low score this Chick-fil-A has. I've always thought that you get through the line really quickly. The workers there are super nice and the food is always quality. My only complaint though is that it is on super busy so it's hard to get in and out because of the traffic. I get breakfast here often and it's super good too.
