Chick-fil-A

I don't usually eat fast food but when I do, it's 90% Chick Fil A. I ordered my food via the mobile app making it easy and convenient to drive thru and scan the QR code when I arrive.Today I received a handwritten note with my food from "Aiden". If the objective was to make the customer smile, it definitely made my day.Kudos to the management and kids who wrote these notes. You never know who will receive these and the effects of a kind gesture.

Love Chick-fil-A! I usually get their chicken noodle soup and their Chick-fil-A deluxe. Sometimes if I want spice I get their spicy chicken sandwich or their southwest salad is delicious too.

Ooh I didn't realize this is a new location but it makes sense considering the area is being built up in Norterra. Also I found it on Google maps but it's not listed on the official website. I stopped by here to get some lunch and used their new mobile thru. Basically, I ordered on the app and they would prepare my food once I arrived and scanned the QR code to check-in. They have a separate lane for mobile orders which helps you bypass folks ordering through the drive-thru. You still have to merge into one lane after that point but I think it's a good idea and it does saves some time as I was able to pass a few cars. In the app, you note what car you have and pull forward to the window. You confirm you received your food and you're on your way. The gal handing me my food was lovely and friendly and everything tasted great as it normally does. Not the easiest entrance into the drive-thru as it is the same area of the parking lot where people enter, so that can get hectic. Love using the app and getting rewards. Wanna shout out the customer service team at CFA for troubleshooting and resolving my issues with redemption!

Always great service and easy to get the grandkids to eat well for lunch. They almost always pick 'the cow place' when we ask where they want to go for lunch

Very nice experience at this location of the chain. The chicken of the spicy burger was crispy and tender, and as the name indicates, spicy - not too much but just to increase the flavor. Cobb salad is generous and fresh.

We were in the area after a family event and arrived about twenty minimum before closing. Luckily the line was short because we were starving. Service was great and we had our food before we even reached the window. Everything was hot and delicious. Can't speak of the vibe because we only did the drive thru.

I LOVE Chick Fil A! We use the order via mobile app and pick up service / lane. Order is always correct and the food is freshly cooked and excellent. The servers are always polite and friendly. It's usually pretty busy, but well worth the short wait - the fact that it IS busy speaks for itself. Manny (my English Mastiff) LOVES their waffle fries (as do I), and the chicken pieces vanish faster than you can say "Chicken... " Highly recommend - as 'fast food' goes, Chick Fil A is the BEST!

Drive through took 29 minutes, as soon as we drive away we realize we are missing an order of nuggets. We loop around get back in the drive through line and 50 MINUTES later get the nuggets and a lecture from the manager about how we should have just come inside. Also since when do Chick-fil-a workers say "no problem " instead of "my pleasure "?

My wife and I have patronized this new location several times since it opened and each time service was prompt, food was as promised and the staff was friendly and attentive.A refreshing clean place to grab a quick bit when so many other chains in the area have forgotten what customer service is supposed to look like.
