Chick-fil-A

The service was good, the food was good / what you'd expect from Chik-fil-A. The reason for this low review, and heads up to management, it's extremely jarring while eating our meal in the restaurant and being forced to listen to music, Instagram, and other audio noise caused by Chik-fil-A employees playing on their phones. I acknowledge the guy was on his break, but when he is wearing a red Chik-fil-A team shirt and disrupting your customers meal, he is representing the company and sending the clear message Chik-fil-A doesn't really care about their customers experience while dining in the restaurant. Shame on the employee and shame on Chik-fil-A. I'm not going to say I won't be eating at Chik-fil-A in the future, but I certainly won't be at that restaurant and will think twice about eating in restaurant at any Chik-fil-A in the future. Chik-fil-A, you ruined our dining experience. Glad to know your priority isn't with your customers enjoyment of your establishment.

This is only the 3rd time I've been here since it opened. This last time was a dark and stormy night. It wasn't too busy but they had these poor kids standing out in the rain taking orders. I tried to get the menu to load up on my phone with no joy. It was making me sign up for their loyalty program. I didn't want to waste my time. But I still needed to order. The girl helping me had to track down a menu because they don't allow you to drive up to the menu speaker to place an order. I finally ordered and pulled up behind one car. My order was given to me as well as the car behind me well before the car in front of us got theirs. No way to get around the car. With this s-show of the process I will not go back. The chicken sandwich was good and the fries were fine raising the review but pass on the Mango Tee. Seriously need to change their ordering practices.

Well it's chick fil-a - the best, usual, familiar, perfect Chicken Sandwiches !! One good thing about this outlet is that they have enough sitting places available.

Great customer service and wonderful people! Chick-Fil-A never misses and you're always welcomed with warm smiles and great food! This location is beautiful as well and located in the heart of Kirkland! Highly recommend!!

Good online app, you can pickup, mobile drive thru and dine in. If you dine in, they will bring you the meal to table. This store is clean and have a lot of tables and parking spots.

Clean, amazing service, and phenomenal food - what more can you want?I don't live near a Chick-fil-A (I know, true heartbreak), so I'm always sure to stop by whenever I'm in the eastside area. Like any other Chick-fil-A, expect the place to be PACKED. It doesn't matter if you order online - it'll still take time, and every form of pickup will be slammed. Although the wait is long, the staff clearly does their best and ensure quality food. And in my opinion, the food is completely worth it. From the spicy chicken sandwiches, to the fries, and even their milkshakes - every item is incredible.I absolutely love this location and will keep coming back!

A last minute request of Chick-fil-A yielded brief panic until I remembered the time saving advantage of ordering ahead via the App!I placed the order for 20 at the Totem Lake location as I needed easy access back onto 405; this location has the BEST ordering team since moving to WA. Trey and Seth yielded superb customer service, and very efficient (for reference I arrived at 11:40am left by 11:47am!) Being ahead of schedule, and having an accurate order that was placed last minute is greatly appreciated; I will return and highly recommend!

Finally I got to see what all the FIL - a was all about with Chick FIL a. My first visit. I've tried to go a number of times in the past but the lines would always be out the wazoo no matter which one it was or where it was. So I came first thing in the morning for breakfast.How was it? Not bad but pretty overrated. I got a spicy chicken biscuit. A slight kick but not really spicy. I can see why people hold the chicken here in such high regard, it's crispy and cooked like it would be at a stand alone restaurant, not a fast food place. The biscuit however was a let down. The flavor was there, it had sort of a cheesy herb flavor but it fell apart more and more after each bite until it was just crumbs. I imagine their other breakfast biscuits are the same. So while the chicken was great the biscuit fell flat or should I say - - apart. I got the mini chicken bites as well. It's a gimmicky waste of money. The chicken did carry the same quality, but the "rolls" are inconsistently, disorganized buttered pieces of a roll. Sliced up and put around little pieces of chicken. They're doughy and without really any flavor so you definitely need jelly or sauce on them. I'd just skip these. They deceptively charged me almost $12 for the 10 piece. It's not marked on the menu so beware of this. The nuggets are probably better.The staff were alright and the length of time was fine so they're ok here but food wise was, it was disappointing biscuit and gimmicky, high priced food I think I'll settle for the lower key fast food variety. Quantity may have the advantage.

I love Chick-fil-A :) Probably one of my favorite fast food restaurants for their delicious chicken, and kind workers. As always it's normally pretty busy at this location, but so are most Chick-fil-A's. This is my go to Chick-fil-A because it's the closest one in the area and as most fast food places, they've messed up my order a couple times but are always so kind and understanding. Not much else to say but it's Chick-fil-A!

Went in today to have some dinner and the food was okay and it's not the first time this would be the second time that we go and we saw rats but the entrance door which does not make the restaurant look good
