With this location being VERY new (less than 1 week I think), I wasn't expecting too much. With all new places especially food chains and in a busy area like this one, things can get chaotic but our experience with the service was excellent! We went on a Saturday evening and it was very busy. The drive thru and indoor dining were both full. We went through the drive thru and things went smoothly. When they were taking our order we didn't feel rushed at all (even with the long line behind us) and they were very thorough making sure they got everything right on our order. Jess and Joshua were the ones who helped us and they were very friendly and attentive. Also I want to say how challenging it must be to be outside in the rain and 35 degree weather taking orders when it's so busy but they were all smiles. They provided excellent customer service. The drive thru has multiple lanes and a system for how they do things and they both ensured they explained where to go and what to do next. It seems they have a good system in place to deal with how busy it is. Thank you Jess and Joshua for being great! The only negative is that we were missing fries for one of our meals. Other than that everything else was good.

The people are sooo weird. I always say thank you and they always be saying "mah pleasure" like some crazy robots. Also, this one girl working there looked like the duck from Chicken Little so I got scared and ran away after an incident in which included barbecue sauce and the chick Gil a sausage I didn't want.

Quite disappointed by the service at this specific location! ALL other Chick-fil-a's have stupendous customer service and food quality. I l've been to the Everett location twice, once drive thru and the other dine in. When we ate in the lady that dropped our food off did not appear to be friendly at all, the one cleaning tables had no smile nor did she greet customers. I will say the person that took my order was nicely mannered. Drive through customer service is sub-par. Drive through order I was given the wrong sandwich. I would say their representation at this location needs some work!

Got a big mobile order for a family of six. I got home and realized they got everything but the two sandwiches I ordered. Never have I ever got anything missing from a chic-fil-a when I ordered from a mobile order. I went back and they were very apologetic and nice. Just weird that it happened. I know this store is new so I still will come back again.

Absolutely phenomenal service and food. It just opened in Everett and the entire staff is amazing and they all did such a wonderful job making everything go smoothly. The place is super nice, food is amazing as always, service was fast fast fast despite being SUPER busy. Nothing but great things to say about this location.

This location just opened! I ordered the Spicy Chicken biscuit! And a gift card which they hadn't put out yet! ( 2nd day of being open) Biscuit was a Perfect size! It was still Hot (temperature) when I got home !! Welcome to the neighborhood!!

Great location!! I really appreciate the Mobile Order lane it made my very impromptu lunch order pick up extremely easy. My toddlers love Chick fil A food and safe play atmosphere. I greatly appreciate the quality, service, my accumulated rewards, and the free family events hosted by select locations. Save yourself some time down the app to place your order ahead of your arrival verses at the location; I highly recommend!

Great food, but service is a bit lacking.I came by one morning on my way to work to pick up some breakfast. I was in a different drive-through lane as I had placed a mobile order, while everyone else was ordering at location. Despite having been there for a bit, they kept serving the customers who were ordering in person. After multiple cars had gone by, they finally came over to my car to check and see what my order was, brought me just the shake, and then I waited a bit longer before the rest came out.The food was, of course, up to Chick-Fil-A standard and tasted really great. However, I was definitely surprised by the service as I'm used to them always taking great care of all customers. I'd have understood if they were really busy, but they weren't, and I was the only person with a mobile order the entire time. Overall, it's not a bad location, but mobile orders here actually do the opposite of providing faster service.
