In terms of food quality & flavor, it's Chick-Fil-A. You either love it or hate it. Staff is friendly. Drive thru is incredibly slow (for a CFA). Every. Single. Time. I've been here 3 times and I don't think I've gotten through the drive thru in less than 10-15 minutes. Whereas nearby locations seem to do a really good job of taking your order and getting you out with relatively little wait time. ... first world problems ...

Hello, I went in today to grab a quick meal, also known as FAST food. I was in a rush and was happy to see no line inside. Went and stood in front of the counter to order and there were about 5-6 workers with their back faced to me and no one saying hello or taking my order. I felt like I was unwanted in the store when finally the person who takes orders in the drive-through who was dressed for cold weather and safety vest took my order.

I have been coming to this Chick Fil A for over 4 years multiple times a month because I work very close by. It's been a reliable spot for my lunch break. The wait times are usually okay; they're often really busy and I can tell they're moving as quickly as they can. My food has always been great and the staff is friendly. It seems some recent hires are diminishing the quality of the place. In the last 3 months I've experienced longer wait times, mistakes in my order, and questionable service. It appears some people are not well trained. Prior to these changes, I would've call this the best CFA in the area. I believe some training and maybe different team members will make a big difference.

I've never had an issue with getting the wrong order as they always double and sometimes triple check my order. The lines are often long. Using the app for rewards is not the most easy thing to navigate. I did wait for a long time for one burrito but it was free. It tasted okay. I do really suggest the creamy salsaZ

Good brownie and food. The brownies are always fresh and taste good. The service at this location was good. They meet you under the tent and take your order and very friendly at the end of the drive thru. The ambiance of the restaurant overall appears great. I'd recommend this location for good food and great brownies. Thanks for making my birthday special with my free brownie.

Been there twice now, both times they forgot part of my order. I didn't check my order before leaving, so I'll give them three stars instead of two. I also don't know Chick-fil-a ordering protocol and (because of my lack of experience, apparently) ended up with a bun with no condiments and two thinly sliced pickles embedded on one side. I get it, they can't read my mind. But I'm not a fan of their "concierge" style of ordering at the drive thru. After calling the manager once I got home, I found out I was supposed to ask for sauce on the side. When asked if I wanted sauce during ordering, I said no because I thought it was extra, hence the very boring sandwich. I was the only person in line for most of my order. I purposely went during what I figured was a slower time so I wouldn't holdup other customers. When I'm the only person in the drive thru lane, why can't I just go to the menu board so can see everything?! Not a horrible and not a great experience. For as little as I order fast food and as expensive as fast food is, I'll find one with great customer service and probably not a Chick-fil-A

Honestly I am very disappointed with this location. This is now the second time I have ordered going through the drive through and not gotten the food I literally paid for. When I called because they were closing 5 minutes after I got home and realized I was missing my food I got sent to the voicemail many times and never got a call back. Finally I got ahold of consumer support and all they said was they would send over an email to that location letting them know what had happened. NOTHING about a refund or a compensation until I asked if I was going get my money back. She seemed appalled that I would really ask for my money back for something I didn't get. How does this make sense? She proceeded to say that it will be relaid to the location. Well I still haven't heard back and honestly just knowing she had no intention to refund me or put down two free sandwiches is kinda disappointing...
