Again, Bellevue Chic-Fil-A got my order wrong. Ordered 2 Egg White Grill and both came on a biscuit instead of an English muffin. The biscuit falls apart and the sandwich crumbled in my lap. Ordered a Chicken Burrito and they never put it in the bag. Nobody cares and it shows. No longer the lines they use to. Customers aren't fools. You have been warned.

Maybe we came on a bad day, but the line of cars was so long it was spilling out into the street. The wait time was about 10 minutes in all so not horrible but the workers were outside manually taking orders with an iPad instead of the system working. I had to look up the menu on my phone to see what I wanted instead of looking at the big screen since we were several cars away. The chicken nuggets were not so great but the Mac and cheese was really good. I don't get the hype for the Chick-fil-A sauce because it tastes disgusting to me like ketchup, barbecue, mayo, and mustard combined. The one thing that was exceptional was the customer service though- they definitely train them well. I would only come back again for the Mac and cheese but not if the line was this long. I wish the company had better morals though...

I have been here many times since this place opened and they have phenomenal service. It's a great option for food and has gotten pricier over the months. The location is perfect for ease of access to downtown Bellevue and I-405 access. Traffic is always rough here as or tends to get very busy throughout the day and rush hour.

Of course everyone knows Chick fil A has the best food/chicken and their customer service is consistent nationwide. The food is always fresh and you're always met with a smile. The only negative about this location in particularly in Bellevue is the fact that their wait times are horrible! Recently this location was temporarily closed in order to make the traffic and drive thru a lot better and more efficient but after a beautiful remodel I'm still a bit confused as to what exactly changed other than the look. Rather it's am or pm there's always an extremely long wait. Again...the food and service is amazing but this is definitely annoying and unfortunately takes away from the full experience. Still 4 stars though!
