Chicago's Chicken Shack

The food is freshly cooked and seasoned to perfection. The service is fast and top notch! The people are really friendly. I just moved here from the south side of Chicago and frequent Harold's Chicken Shack weekly. The chicken recipe here is DEFINITELY the closest to Harold that I've EVER had!

I don't see any recent reviews of price increase of the wings that recently took effect. Beware...10 chicken wings with fries is 19.95......I get that inflation has caused an increase in everything, but the price of 10 wings used to be 13.95, that's a HUGE increase in a price of a chicken part that don't even have that much meat to begin with.

Horrible! They changed their recipe and it's disgusting! Too much breading. If it ain't broke don't fix it! Go back to the old recipe!

Love this place, was able to order ahead and when I got there they were pulling my order out the fryer.Make sure to support this place they are bringing Southside Chicago style flavor to the valley.From the first time here to now maybe the 10th or more they have stayed consistent with the quality, when you have an craving for fries chicken (they fry it crispy), shrimp or catfish, Chicago Chicken Shack is the place to be.Will not be the last time to get some amazing food.Check them out you won't regret it.

Excuse my French but Best fucking Catfish Taste like that shit came straight out my mama or grandma's kitchen it's amazing!! The service is amazing and the consistency is key it is going to be Bussin Bussin every time!

The quality of the food went down drastically and the price is to high. This company has watered down the mild sauce over cook the chicken. Not good at all. They go from one extreme to the next with payment. For a moment they stop accepting debit and credit cards to cash only. Now they're back accepting debit and credit cards. The food used to be good but it's not anymore. I believe they rec food from early in the day and serve it to the customers later on in a day. They just refried it if I can give this company negative, five stars I would I'm just going to make this post and never go back. The food is bad.

I have went back and everything tasted great. The French Fries were just ok again. I really like the texture of the catfish. The catfish is also seasoned very well. The shrimp is very good and seasoned very well. It's my go to when I'm craving fish. And... and it's affordable for the amount of food you get.

We've been ordering from here since they opened, the food is usually great and worth the money and the wait for fresh chicken. Today was a little disappointing. We ordered wings and fish, asked for our food fried hard with the sauce on the side. We KNOW there are some shortages, but the size of the wings that are being served is ridiculous. Photo posted, I took one next to the sauce and a toothpick for comparison sake... these wings are TINY and should not be served as part of the 10 count - a bonus wing, maybe, but when you're charging the prices you're charging it would be nice to get your money's worth. There were at least 4 of these little baby wings in our order The flavors were what we're used to and the fish was fine, but these wings need some help!

Poor Customer service, waited over an hour for food. Tried calling in an order but was told to come in and order. If this is just a delivery hub then just say so. The food is nit good enough to wait over an hour. Will nit be back.

Food was so good it's addicting will be coming back again. The cashier was helpful with order I didn't feel rushed and suggested the local favorite. The place is comfortable place to sit and wait for my order.
