What a cute sushi place located in downtown Arlington Heights! Nestled in a little hallway so to speak, you can find parking mainly in the underground parking lot or in the smallish loop in front of the theater.We made reservations day of and were seated almost immediately when we entered. It was a cute, down-to-earth, homey restaurant with a quaint atmosphere. It's a tad tight but not bad. Their cocktail / drink menu isn't online so I didn't know if they had drinks, but I was pleasantly surprised to find a big drink menu when I was there! The June Bug cocktail was a 10/10 - so refreshing and sweet with a cute umbrella! The Caribbean Sunset was good, too, but didn't specifically stand out.Our server was very sweet and approachable, however everything took pretty long to come out. We were seated at 6:45, ordered around 7:20, and didn't get our food until 8:05. We asked if it was possible to have separate checks at the beginning to which he said yes to but forgot to at the end, which he then graciously fixed which was nice! He said he would bring us water two times but never did, then at the very end when he dropped off checks he asked if we wanted water after not bringing water the other 2 times mentioned. We also found a 10% off restaurant week special; we asked him about it in the beginning but he said they're not doing a Restaurant Week special. He said he was going to ask and then came back and said it's a go. Later at the end he asked for some kind of proof (I think management wanted it) so we showed him where we saw it online and they honored it. I'm not sure why the restaurant wasn't aware of this special, but I appreciate them honoring it. The sushi here was truly very yummy. I got the spicy jalapeño tuna maki and the spicy sexy dragon roll. Both were soooo delicious! All of my friends loved their food, too - among us, these were the plates we got: yaki soba, spicy salmon maniac roll, bond girl roll, avocado roll, sweet potato roll. I'd come back here again!

Decided to stop by this place after visiting a spa near by. Overall nice inside and nice decor. It was about 7 and they close at 8 so not surprised that there wasn't many people. I had ordered the California Sunset Roll, Shrimp Tempura Roll and the California Roll. My favorite had to be the Shrimp Tempura Roll, the other two were okay, was lacking something just not sure what. I had also gotten pineapple juice and I totally recommend. Prices are also reasonable, looking for a sushi night in Arlington Heights definitely stop by!

Started off with 2 appetizers, the popcorn lobster and gyoza. The gyoza was perfectly boiled and then pan fried. Crispy and golden brown. Great flavor and crunch. The popcorn lobster wasn't really what we were expecting. Very tiny pieces, and couldn't really taste the lobster. Just tasted breading. For the main course I had the ocean drive roll and the golden lobster roll. The golden lobster was great with eel on top and lobster in the middle. A perfect amount of crunch to chew ratio. The only thing was that it was a little too creamy for my liking. Then I had the ocean drive which was fresh yellowtail and tuna with green peppers and cilantro. Tons of flavor and very fresh. Just the cilantro was overpowering. Overall pretty good place. Would definitely come back and try some other rolls.

I have been coming here on and off for years for special occasions and when I am craving "the good stuff". This place never fails to impress me with their food preparation and overall choices when it comes to Japanese cuisine. That being said, in the past, I've had exceptional and attentive service. Last night was a completely different experience. I saw an ample amount of staff in the restaurant, but they sure forgot about the back of the restaurant where we had been seated because when we were seated, it took almost 15 minutes for our server to even ask for our drink order. What followed was another 15 minute wait for drinks to come, about 20 minute wait for our appetizers, 30 or so minute for 2 rolls, and a general feeling that our entire section was being neglected. Maybe it was valentines day rush that they did not prepare for, but with that much staff present and for how much everything costs, I would have hoped to have the same attentiveness I had before.

Still the best sushi in town and a great atmosphere. Will definitely come back here!!

Came here with family even though I'm not a fan of sushi or seafood in general. However, there were still great choices to choose from! The udon was clean and smooth (pic only shows half of a bowl since I forgot to take a pic before starting). I also loved their tonkatsu! It was crispy and so flavorful!I also tried some of the Green Dragon maki rolls. They were also delicious! I don't like seafood because I'm not a fan of the fishy taste, but I couldn't taste it at all in this roll. I ended up eating almost the whole roll.We ended the meal with green tea ice cream. It had the perfect balance of bitterness and sweetness. Definitely don't miss out on the dessert!I would totally recommend for gatherings! While the rolls, sashimi, and nigiri may be their specialty, they definitely do not hold back in their other non-seafood dishes. If some of you are not fans of seafood but hang out with people who are (like me), I'd totally recommend!

Loved the ocean drive roll! Would recommend if you like cilantro! Such fresh fish, will be coming back.

Very yummy. A place you should try! Ambiance is nice, a little on the pricey side but definitely worth your money! Service was 10/10 as well!

Ordered delivery and it took them 2 hours to delivery my food and hot foods were cold by the time I received them. If on certain occasions they can't handle delivery and dine in well, they should close there delivery options for that day. They first say their machine had a problem and my ticket didn't print. Then they tell me that they are swamped. They use Doordash. The driver while waiting to pick up my order left the restaurant then had to come back and get it to delivery my order. At that point it would have been faster for me to go to the restaurant and pick it up myself. That is on doordash. I can't comment on the food.
