Absolutely outstanding Hunan cuisine! The flavors were delightful and perfectly balanced with just the right amount of spice. The service was exceptionally friendly as well.Among the dishes, the beef rice noodles stood out for their tender texture and delicious beef broth, while the mashed pepper/eggplant with preserved eggs absorbed so much flavor. The ground pork with mustard and the smoked pork and bamboo shoot dry pot were also standout dishes. Overall, every dish were super aromatic, and with so many more menu items to explore, I'm looking forward to returning for more.

Really nice ambiance, servers were very nice and immediately asked us what we wanted to drink when we came in. The mapo tofu was so so good the flavors were really good, highly recommend. The intestines were also good but really spicy, even though we asked for mild spicy on both so if you can't handle spice maybe get something else or try asking for no spice (idk how that would work though haha). The mapo tofu was a perfect amount of spice though!Oh and the food was served FAST which was great.

No sure where these reviews came from...We went in, were rudely seated and the server/ host seemed annoyed we were there. Proceeded to tell us to to order on the phone and then was annoyed when we asked questions, so we left. No need to spend our money there. Went across the street to Evergreen staff was so much more welcoming.

one of the best Hunan cuisine in Chicago and it is also very authentic. It is located towards the end of the Wentworth stretch of the old Chinatown, the ambience inside is very nice, very spacious and bright, and they also have an upstairs semi-private dining spaceyou won't go wrong with any dish here, everything is amazingThe service is great too, the wait staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about the cuisine and the front desk is also very nice.

Celebration of Spicy peppers means they actually put a box of Kleenex tissues on every table in preparation for the eye-watering and sneezing reaction! Nice decor. Pleasant staff. Semiprivate and private areas for 10 - 12, including 2nd floor.

What a gem spot! Incredibly authentic Hunan food. There are a few restaurants in Chinatown that serve Hunan food but IMO this one is THE BEST! Owner is super friendly! If you are not sure what to order, just ask and she will have plenty of recommendations for you. Will def be back!

this is purely for the spicy dry chili chicken. I feel quite certain the other stuff is great as well (planning on visiting and having a FEAST this winter) but the chicken alone deserves 5 stars. without a doubt the best szechuan dry chili chicken in chicago. not too greasy (@lao sze chuan), perfect amt of szechuan peppercorn, a brightness that is so necessary and so rare to find.
