Chimac's Snow Sauce Chicken Wings are a unique and delicious twist on the classic. The wings are perfectly crispy on the outside while remaining juicy and tender inside. The snow sauce, a creamy and slightly sweet concoction, adds an unexpected yet delightful flavor that pairs wonderfully with the savory wings. The balance of flavors is spot-on, and the sauce adds a rich, indulgent touch without overwhelming the dish. If you're looking for a new and exciting take on chicken wings, Chimac's Snow Sauce Wings are definitely worth a try.

Decent place to get KFC but it is closed right now due to a fire. The chicken is pretty good and I usually get the whole chicken and pick my own sauce - Korean and soy garlic are the 2 that I go with. I never ate in, only got take out, but they have a few tables inside. Hopefully they come back.

Fresh, excellent fried chicken. Service was odd to have- it seemed like it would've made more sense to just pay up front and then get called for our food and then bus the trash ourselves, but it was fine. (Not much in the way of service coming around to check up on you or anything.) The place is alright, not the most comfortable seating with stiff metal chairs. Their AC was broken when we came (July 2023), but they had some fans going so it was okay.We sat at a high top and ordered honey butter fries (not on the physical menu) for the table. My friend ordered chicken tenders with a side of soy garlic sauce. To my dismay I would have to order 20 wings in order to get two flavors, so I ordered two sets of 7 instead. I picked dry rubs Sichuan peppercorn and snow ( parmesan onion). The fries were good! Was surprised to see that a honey butter was in fact a dry rub situation, but quite tasty. My friend enjoyed the tenders with the sauce way more because he felt previously it was a bit dry. (I sneaked a taste of the sauce...it was okay and a bit thin.)The wings were fried well. The flavors were..okay. I wasn't expecting both of them to be so sweet? The Sichuan peppercorn was too lightly spicy or numbing, and the parmesan onion was definitely too sweet. Also sad note, the drums vs flats ratio wasn't close to even. My "snow" flavor had 6 drums and 1 flat and sadly I am a flats person. But the chicken itself was delicious and incredibly juicy and the frying was excellent! Those crispy bits were yum. And the sizes of the wings were certainly more mutant than "organic" haha. I wouldn't say that the flavors were very Korean chicken (even their soy garlic), but they have nice fried chicken.Overall, pretty tasty place. The biggest disappointment was that they actually charged us twice for fries and we didn't notice until we left- once for fries and once again for "honey butter fries", despite us only getting one set of fries. That was an extra 7+tax+tip! I'd recommend making sure your receipt is correct before exiting the premises.

The food here is freshly prepared. Every time we dine in, the chicken is piping hot and often we can't even eat right away. Our favorite is the naked. Perfectly seasoned with no extra sauce or dry rub. I prefer to dip my chicken in the sauces it comes with on the side. We often also go with the soy glazed chicken and it's very tasty. Perfect balance of sweet and salty. The radish here is one of my favorites. Crunchy, slightly sweet, tangy & tart. It's the perfect accompaniment to eat in between chicken if you have different flavors to clean your palate. We always order the 20 piece as we feel that is the best value. Leftovers reheat great in the air fryer. I've never had a problem or poor experience with staff. If I ask for something, I quickly get what I need. They often ask if everything is okay & then let me enjoy my food. I couldn't ask for anything more.

I'm going to increase to 4 stars. I recently tried again and it was much better than when I last tried. I first tried three years ago, and I think the place was kind of newer back then, but the chicken wasn't crispy at all. This time, it was much crispier, and I didn't have to put in the air fryer. I didn't get the Korean flavor this time because I remember not caring for it too much last time because I didn't find it spicy. I tried the Sichuan Pepper again, and also got the Soy Garlic and Snow. My favorite was between the Soy Garlic and Snow... but it may be the Snow. My second experience will definitely make me come back again soon.

It brings me no pleasure to write this. I love the Seattle Chi Mac but I cannot say the same for this one. I came here for lunch on a Friday. I ordered a chicken sandwich and fries, which somehow rang up to $30 and made me do a double take. More on that later. After ordering, they informed me that they were doing to-go orders only as they would be closing early today. Thanks for telling me that after I ordered and tipped already (not likely intentional, but still sloppy to not open with that). I did not see a sign on the door indicating that they would be closing early, and that they were doing to-go orders only. Otherwise, I wouldn't have walked in in the first place. This is not the first time they have had to close early. If they're going to be changing their hours so frequently, they need somewhere to publish that online and also need to put a sign on the door. I wanted a chicken sandwich and fries, and taking that to-go could completely change my decision, because fries will get soggy if left in a box for too long. This isn't something that should be said off-hand after the order is placed. That is information that needs to be known before even walking into the door.I checked the receipt, and their POS (piece of shit) POS (point of sale) double charged me for fries. It added $7 for the fries and then another $7 on top when they selected the style of fries, totaling $14 + tax + tip for fries. Thankfully they were able to refund the previous charge and check out again for the corrected price. They handled that part smoothly. The wait time for the chicken sandwich was 20 minutes, which the cashier did give me forewarning. I understand it takes time to fry fresh chicken, but it seems like every single other fried chicken place has this figured out. Ezell's and KFC have constantly rotating batches of fried chicken, so the chicken is still fresh but relatively fast. The fact that Chi Mac doesn't do this either means they don't have the process figured out, or they don't have enough traffic to warrant doing that. If Kentucky Fried Chicken can get enough people ordering their fried chicken, then Korean Fried Chicken should be able to match! But it seems, sadly not :(Wouldn't mind the wait as much if it was more of a sit down and order vibe. But to me, the inconsistency, price, and wait time do not justify eating here. The food itself was fine, but everything else drags it down.

Another great chicken place. Someone got it for our party as to go and what made it memorable was the snow powder dip. So delicious and definitely one that will satisfy your chicken cravings.

Delicious chicken! Yes, it's pricier, but korean fried chicken is always more expensive. The flavor and crisp was on point, and exactly what I was looking for. We only did take out, but everything was still fresh and hot when we got it. This is not an every-night type of place, but I'll definitely return!

This place is fine, just don't ever expect a refund, faster to do a chargeback for issues here. A tip, don't ever order through the Clover app or ever expect a refund for missing items, messed up orders, or unavailable items that you were charged for.Personally they've lost my business for good. I'm surprised this business is still operating, seeing the other messy customer service interactions.Impossible to get a refund if there is an issue and there is often an issue. Also store hours and availability always inaccurate in Clover. And no customer support for Clover.Still trying to get my refund because I placed an order on Clover, Chi Mac processed the order and "completed" it, but the store was apparently closed the entire time even before I placed the order. I went 10 minutes after I placed the order and the doors were shut and lights were off. This was at 8 pm. But it was apparently still open on Clover, even when I was physically there and saw the doors were closed and lights were off.Anyways it's been a pain trying to get a refund. Never order from here on Clover or on Clover in general. Also always check your order before you leave. Probably just going to wait for a chargeback from my credit card.
