Great Cantonese style food. In the heart of China town plaza . fukin fried rice- pretty damn good. fried rice with a seafood in gravy sauce on top.sizzling black pepper tenderloin- very tender and has good savory tastesstir fried Chinese broccoli with garlic( not on the menu) - has a nice crunch and fresh bite to it. has good garlic flavor, can kill a vampirepork chop with sweet sauce- this is good, wish it had a thicker and more red sauce.everything came out fairly quick, every dish comes with bowl of rice. $2 parking across the street. if you get parking ticket validated by restaurant. you need to know what to order here and what we order is a solid line up. would definitely come back.

I usually absolutely LOVE Hong Kong style cafes. This place was super packed and the service was incredibly fast with such nice and easygoing servers! However, I felt that all the food, despite being very different dishes, tasted similar and super sweet. Perhaps we ordered the wrong things. Pork liver and kidney in house special sauce 3/5 - very sweet and filled with green onions and onions. It was okay, usually wouldn't choose animal innards. Stir fry udon on a sizzling plate 3/5 - so fun! Came out on a very sizzling plate! But, there were only a few seafood pieces (squid, shrimp, scallop) and the dish was too sweet. Also a small portion. Beef in satay sauce 3/5 - loved that it came out on a boiling wok with a burning mini fire underneath! The enoki mushrooms and vermicelli were also a great touch. I found the dish to be extremely sweet.

Went here with a party of 4 around 10pm on a weekday, and was surprised to see the place packed! We had to wait around 15 minutes for a table, and we got seated very close to the kitchen. Unfortunately, this means we got a closer look at what the back of the place looks like. The kitchen looked really disorganized and dirty, and I was honestly worried about the fact that my food was prepared there. The food tasted pretty good though. If you find yourself in Chinatown late at night with no other options, this place works. The food isn't bad and it will fill you up for a low price. But I can't say I recommend it, just because of the cleanliness/service.

What makes this restaurant great is definitely the service! They are attentive, fast, and actually fill your cup up with rounds of water unlike the majority of restaurants. Keep up the great service guys.I wasn't too fond of the food and felt somewhat sick afterwards. The fried tofu had a sauce that tasted horrible.

found this spot for its noodles & late night hours! we came around 12:30am on Sunday night & there was a short wait. we started with wonton soup and garlic honey chicken wings. i loved the wonton soup! the garlic honey chicken wings tasted like sugar rather than honey. we ended up not eating them. for noodles we got the fried rice noodle & beef with soy sauce and the stir-fried chow mein noodle with beef. they tasted very similar & needed a little something for better flavor. overall we'd go back when craving chinese late at night!

This little hole in the wall place was amazing!! The chicken and rice was essentially friend chicken covered in curry over rice. Man was that an amazing meal I still think about it!! The other rice dish we got was also super yummy. It had pieces of fried Chinese sausage in there which gave it so much flavor. Seems like everything there was packed with flavor and was just so tasty. Definitely check it out if you're in the area:)

The appeal of Chi Cafe is that it's open until 2am. You're likely not going to get anything better if you're craving Chinese food during demon hours than this place. With its large, expansive menu and offerings for typical Cantonese Chinese food you're likely to find a dish that will suit everyone here. In terms of overall quality I will say this is in line with most other Chinese places in the Chinatown area--it's not mind blowing by any means but also will definitely satisfy all your Chinese food cravings.

I used to love this place but man did the customer service tank. They sat us pretty quick but it took them awhile before they took our orders. They should be going around refilling waters especially if half of the place left. They didn't refill my water until I was finished with my dish. The beef brisket and rice were cooked properly and were good. The vegetables were too chewy like they were kind of old. The Singapore noodles were perfect.
