Chester’s Chicken

The sales rep was with the long beard was rude and short during my ordering process. I asked for an 8 piece after asking him if he had enough pieces he gave me more wings instead of two each at the Menu price. He selected which pieces to give me. We ordered a four piece tenders that came with one sauce. Chicken wasn't fresh to me.. the chicken tenders were good with the original Chester sauce. Need to improve customer service !!

Best fast dinner option near us. Owner stated that it is made to order. Customers are able to order ahead of time by texting a number. I've tried that but never gotten a response I ordered gizzards. It was made to order, done in 5 and went on my way home. It was great no problems there. I will be ordering again

I was excited but was disappointed about the biscuit. It wasn't properly cooked. I got one because I wanted to try it, thank god I did.

If you like greasy flavorless crap then this place is for you! The chicken tasted like it was previously fired and then re fried. The potato wedgies tasted like fried grease, the mash potatoes had a weird texture and the coleslaw was bitter and disgusting. We literally through 99% of it in the trash as it was uneatable. Seriously this is perhaps the worst fired chicken restaurant in the state. Don't waste your money with this crap, no one else should waste their money with the uneatable garbage they serve here

I have been to the Chester chickens twice in troutdale Oregon at the Love's truck stop and the first time they only had legs and thighs out and they said that's all we could get today I went back to get some gizzards and livers that are on the menu and they say they do not serve gizzards and livers and we're very rude about it so I do not recommend Chester's Chicken at the Love's truck stop and troutdale Oregon

Dry no flavor 6 pieces and not one of 'em were juicy. Straight to trash. Don't waste your time.

Good lord they are lame! I walk in at 6:35 PM after driving about 8 miles for their fried chicken. I ask for a 12 piece meal and the older gentleman working there starts filling the box with tenders. I tell him that I want tbe 12 piece meal with breasts, thighs, wings, etc., and he says they are out. I ask him how long before they make more and he tells me "that's it". I then ask him what time they stop making chicken? He looks at his wristwatch to see what time it is and says "six thirty". Absolutely pathetic. I've had their chicken twice before and it was great but they sure killed my buzz for them. Popeye's here I come!

Great food and great service. Their gizzards the best in town. And the jojo potatoes are delicious

Hit and miss from this place. Most of the time it's ok, but there was one time that the chicken I got was raw inside, and now, the biscuit is totally all uncooked dough on the inside. Things happen I get it. I called them and told the lady who answered the phone about it, she told me she will replace it IF I go back TODAY. I tried to tell her if she can just replace it on my next visit, she hung up on me before I can even tell her. I wasn't even going to write a review, but because of the poor customer service that I received.. I decided to write one.

Personally, I would never eat any food from this place. I drive by it at least once a day and all I ever smell in rancid oil. I've had to go inside a few times and the smell inside is so strong I dont know how nobody seems to notice it.
