Refreshingly unconventional and deeply personal cooking finds a home here in Watertown just down the block from where I live. I have only sampled a small bit of the menu so far but I am absolutely delighted (and relieved) that such an awesome and unique spot is so close. Everything was delicious - I'll be doing a deep dive on this place again soon.

I visited Chennai Eats for a birthday dinner during their opening week and had a delightful experience. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive and the overall atmosphere was great. We tried a variety of dishes: Chicken Dosa, Ghee Dosa, Kothu Parotta, Goat Biryani, Chicken Biryani, and Mango Lassi. The dosas, both chicken and ghee, were cooked to perfection--crispy and absolutely delicious. The Mango Lassi was refreshing. It was my first time trying Kothu Parotta, and I must say, it was a 10/10 for me--rich in flavor and perfectly spiced. On the other hand, while the meat in the Biryanis was tender and flavored, all together the two dishes didn't stand out as much.Overall, Chennai Eats impressed us with its warm hospitality and some standout dishes.

If you want to eat store bought frozen bulk Naan, heated and served to you, go there. This is a shame that they are not serving fresh food Better save money and eat at home or go somewhere where they serve fresh food.
