Cheesie's Pub & Grub - Wicker Park

I don't get to enjoy Cheesie's often. I live nowhere near and I don't have a car to get there either. So the few times I'm visiting in the area I get to enjoy my favorite sandwich: The Tenderizer! Thanks to UberEats for delivering this delicious meal to me tonight. You can tell the employees care about their food with the care they put into the way they make the food and package it. I haven't been in person to this location but I've visited the Belmont one and it's a great place to stop by and enjoy a meal with friends. If you're close by, you're incredibly lucky and should go eat there soon! This photo doesn't do their sandwich justice but it's absolutely yummy. And you can't go wrong with ordering extra ranch. We had a blast at the Grilled Cheese Fest. Tasty variety of grilled cheese and wonderful service from, fornrhenkife if I forgot his name, a really nice young bartender from Mexico. He served me a killer old-fashioned.

At the grill cheese festival waited in line for 30 minutes and still waiting OMG!! I prepaid and was given a time so I don't understand the problem and they didn't even offer drinks for waiting. My sister also ordered fries and that' was a crazy wait as well. (20 minutes for fries)The best thing is after the wait at least the grilled cheese was good.

Grilled cheese was good but tasted better without the side sauce. I had the Mac and cheese as well and I'm so upset I didn't take a picture because there was a BUTTLOAD of pepper on that Mac and cheese. I honestly don't know if it was accident or not but there was so much pepper it was so hard to taste the cheese. Our server & other staff were funny though and the place was cute. There were table games to play while you wait for your food which wasn't a long wait.

I went to Cheesie's with my friends the other day and it didn't disappoint. The Tenderizer is really GOOD, but it's my old reliable since it has cheddar, mozzarella, bacon & chicken. I tried the Fried uncrustable and it's sweet, but it's worth the try! Also, the cashier was very nice to me and my group as he served us and even gave us chalk to draw on the tables with to entertain ourselves. Overall, very good grilled cheeses with a spin and a nice bar to top it off.

I've never been to this location, but I would come again if there's parking available! I got to try their new weekend brunch menu and tbh I would definitely get the "Porky's Revenge"! It was essentially a cheese sausage link and egg sandwich! It had the right amount of everything and was filling. I'm not sure about prices but if you want something filling, definitely go here. I typically get the Mac n cheese sandwich on the regular but this was something different! This place also had some gaming options which I thought was nice.

This Cheesie's is the best Cheesie's location I have ever been to. The manager is so kind and accommodating. They always have something fun going on. We walked in and found out it was happy hour from 5-7pm on weekdays meaning the food is 50% off. It is also a bar and they have game nights/ gaming competitions. They also have movie nights with free popcorn. I dream about the grilled cheese sandwiches and when I blink I can see the gooey cheese. I LOVE IT! You guys should definitely check it out here. The vibes are 10/10.

Bartender was an absolute clown and insulted my outfit when I sat down at the bar. Not going to take fashion advice from a guy with only half of his teeth.

The ambiance for Cheesie's on a Saturday night was great. I came with 6 of my friends and had a blast. The food and service was fantastic. My group ordered a variety of apps and grilled cheeses. The Mac n cheese bites and cheese curds were fantastic. The drinks were also good and not overpriced.

Horrible food. My friend almost died in the hospital because she ate cheesies. NEVER GO HERE. 0 stars.
