I normally love Checkers but this one 4892 fm 1960 is the worst one I have been to. It was dirty and took a long time to get our food. We heard them laughing and goofing off in the kitchen. While we were there another customer came in and one of the ladies cussed at her. All that customer wanted to know was why she couldn't have chili and cheese on her fries when they sell chili cheese fries? I wouldLike to know that answer to. It turned into an argument instead of just solving the issue. We will not be back to this location again!

Stopped by a few minutes ago but i can really comment on the food because the service is so bad I left without eating.Pulled into the drive thru 2 cars ahead of me, a full 15 minutes later still had 1 car ahead of me....just pathetic

Slow service. Was waiting in my truck for over 20 minutes just for one chicken sandwich that wasn't even all that. Smh

Clearly horrible customer service.. I came around 7pm and I was the only customer in the building, and I stood in line for 5 minutes.. They were beyond full staff, damn near over staffed.. and NO ONE thought to take my order, they didnt even say "hello" or "one moment please" Nothing! Crazy and unacceptable.

The worst location ever. They always have an attitude when taking your order in drive through. After everything you say, they say will this complete your order rushing you through your order. The last time I went the drive through cashier argued with me over my order I asked for the 2 for $6 bacon steak burgers. She told me the only thing they offer is a $6 steak burger combo. I mean I was sitting in drive through looking at the sign like k'mon really. After that her attitude got worse so I finished my order and made it to the window. She took my debit card swiped it then came to the window and said "All of our steak still frozen do you want something else or you want to wait?" And I swiped your card already.. it's up to you... so I asked for a 2 for $5 instead and told her to just give me a dollar back she said she couldn't and would add bacon to my burger. Frustrated to the max at this point I said fine NO ONIONS PLEASE!! She then closed the window. Someone else brought my order to me then closed the window. I had to get her attention again to ask for my drinks which were very flat smh.. it was a horrible experience which is pretty much the same everytime I've gone to this location.. AND after I got home there were onions all over my burger.. ‍

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Let's start off with taking the order.... I placed my order very politely and drive around only to find out before payment my order was incorrect. The wait for the food was extremely long. The name on my receipt is Terrance whom I'm guessing is the little black guy with dreadlocks was extremely rude and very dissatisfying customer service skills. He obviously has no home training when it comes to communicating with paying customers. The young man reached my food out and closed the window without giving me time to ask where my drink was. He stood in front of the window seeing me wave and refused to come back so another worker came to the window. The young man stood in the back when I asked for my drink the lady asked was it a coke to verify he fixed the right drink and he told her to taste the drink. (I was extremely pissed by then) Then I encountered the my second issue before pulling off realizing all of my fries were missing. We spent a total of 15 minutes in the drive thru. When we got the fries they were cold and just purely disgusting. Our chili dogs were flipped over in the container and my burgers were not properly wrapped because it fell out of the wrapper in the bag. I would never recommend a person to come to this Checkers just due to lack of customer service skills. The other workers were communing outside of store (about 3 workers) chit chatting as if no work was to be done. This has to be the worst fast food experience I have had in years.

Yes it is fast food. Yes I only give fast food spots 3 stars...but how many of these does the Houston metropolitan area have? This is in close proximity of George Bush international airport and I'm ecstatic to see them here. I'm looking forward to banana shakes and their famous fries. Of course they have a dollar menu along with a "2 for" menu. They will get the 4th star because this New Orleans native likes to get a bite of old home (Rally's) in his new home. Make sure to sign up for deals via email and text. They currently are running apple pies half of with a pricing of 2 for $1. They also have a local flair burger which is the Texas Bacon Big Buford with jalapenos.

I'm writing this review as I'm waiting in the drive-thru....20 MINS and counting. They are soooooooooooooo slow! It's exhausting just waiting here and to be quite honest my appetite has vanished. All I wanted was some of those fries. I drove out of my way to come to this location and I can't get those miles, gas or time back. I just hope the food is worth it....After 30 mins of waiting I finally made it to the window. Guess what? They got my order wrong. What a surprise. Soda was flat, burger was made wrong, etc. Had to turn back around and go inside to have them replace it. Horrible service. HORRIBLE

Restroom looks like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks maybe even months. If that's how they maintain the restroom, I can imagine the kitchen. Decided to leave. Glad I decided to use the restroom before I ordered. Absolute filth.

I walked inside this place and right off the bat stood in line for about 7 min. Not counting it took them another 20 min to get my order ready. I like checkers food but the employees here don't know how to work together. Bunch of unprofessional people working here. But one positive thing, the drive thru moves pretty good speed. That's why I gave them one star if not I would have gave them zero stars!
