Charm Thai Cuisine

I hate leaving bad reviews.... But my meal had no flavor at all. The pad thai nor the Tom Kha soup. Took about 10 mins to be seated with many open tables, food took a hour and no one checked on me. They brought my side of rice when I was paying and leaving. They have a sign that says short staffed which everyone has that sign now. Totally fine but at least let the wait be worth it. $30 spent and it's either going in the trash or maybe my kids will want it. 2 star at least because I just feel bad. While I was waiting I just watched tons and tons of people pick up Togo orders so I'm guessing they were placing those first because I arrived at 6:15 and got my food at 7:35pm. Like I said I hate leaving bad reviews but food is to expensive to taste bad right now. Normally I'm not by myself and I have all my kids so if I would have paid like $80-$100 for us to eat here I would have been extremely mad. $30 is lesson learned and hopefully my kids will eat it when I get home.

This is the best food I've had since I've come here to visit. I'm from California and so it's a hard to beat. But we , my son and I were very happy with our food experience. We both enjoyed the massaman curry spice level 3&4 actually could have done the 5. We also had the banana and coconut milk + 2 orders of mango sticky rice Yummy Service was excellent and super Friendly!!! We definitely agree we will be back!!!

Food is delicious, flavorful and nice potions. Provides great friendly service and very environment to dine in.

If you live in Puyallup or near the area, this is the only Thai restaurant to go to. It tastes the most authentic and just tastes better hands down than other Thai spots. My go to is their crispy garlic chicken. My wife's is the chicken pad Thai, which I dare say is the best around in this area. Staff is always friendly as well. The restaurant it self is small and seating for even smaller due to the pandemic. However, doesn't change the fact that the food is delicious.

Super unassuming Thai restaurant in the back of a strip mall.I'm not sure how long this place has been on my bookmarks, but when we decided to get lunch this was the closest spot from my bookmarks, which makes it the obvious choice. Well, that and Thai is also delicious.Super small with simple décor, you're going to want to get here early if you want a table. Service was super prompt and friendly. The menu was fairly standard Thai offerings, complete with choose your own adventure for spice level. I like to go with a 3 when I'm unfamiliar with a restaurant and that went well for me - good heat, but I'm not burning my face off.The Jungle curry with tofu was great. I kinda wish I could have gotten fried tofu, and I wouldn't have complained if there were a bit of coconut milk, but I'd happily eat it again! My parental unit got a salmon dish that he really liked. Both dishes were put together really well and it's clear that this place is about the food.

Truly one of the most heartwarming dishes I've tried. The staff is so incredibly kind. I could come back a hundred times just for them, but what really brings you back are their dishes. It's one of those spots where it's truly just your go to comfort food. The food usually comes out pretty fast and you can order your spiciness level using stars that I think go up to 5 stars (being the spiciest) pretty helpful scale. I love to order anything seafood there as it has very yummy seasoning. My boyfriend usually orders the pad Thai which is SO GOOD. I usually stray away from Thai restaurants ever since coming back from Thailand just because I feel like nothing really tops my experience there, but the Thai family that owns the restaurant does such a good job with their recipes.It's a pretty quiet atmosphere that you could go to chat with friends as a casual lunch spot, definitely not anything fancy. But that's one of the reasons why I really enjoy it. Highly recommend this hidden spot!

This is one of my absolute FAVORITE Thai restaurants!! Convenient location, fabulous service, & delicious food! It's always very peaceful & relaxing inside as well. 100000/10 recommend!!

We Finally tried this place this week. It was open late and so we were thankful to be able to order since it was a later evening for us. We picked up and it was ready right when they said it would be, The food was delicious and the prices very reasonable. This will definitely be our new Thai spot!

Wonderful spot that's quaint and comfortable. Friendly staff and great food! It'll be a regular for me :)

Yummy food! Love that their veggies are actually done and the potatoes are not half hard like most places.
