XGolf - South Charlotte

Can't believe it's been 3 years since I first reviewed this place.I stopped in on a Friday morning just after 10a to get a Christmas gift card. I'm thinking just after open, I'll breeze in and out.Not so fast, the place was already getting busy. When I parked I saw some high-end sports cars parked right in front, all backed in so the trunks were easy access to the sidewalk and just steps from the front door. That was the clue there were some experienced golfers on-site and there were.Several young men, it looked like a league and they had already ordered their cold beverages and were swinging away and getting festive.When it's December, cold and rainy, this is the place for the golfer who just has to get out and swing.I quickly got my gift card and boom I was out the door. My next thought was, my Son BETTER invite me to play when he uses the gift card!

XGolf is so much fun. Always perfect weather, cold drinks and I never lose any balls. Van, Kevin, Andy and Claire are always helpful and friendly. Great service every time I visit.

Van is that guy! He's the reason we still come every week. By far the best customer service hands down.

Every single experience is fantastic. The customer service is phenomenal. Van understands every aspect of why x golf is x golf. Whether you are a pro, everyday golfer or a beginner he makes sure you are educated on the x golf system and equipment. Van makes it fun for all golfers. Clare was great, she is very attentive to all parties and made sure the experience was top tier.

Claire was super helpful and friendly. This is easily the best virtual golf spot. I've been to 3 others where you can't select your tee height, you can't putt. All of these make me like x golf way more.

Simulator was very accurate! first timer and we are impressed! Kimberly was very helpful with showing us how to use the simulator. also never let our drinks go empty! we will be back!

Does what it says on the label! This is an excellent golf experience for every skill level. If it's too hot, or too wet, you should consider XGolf for your next outing. We had 5 of us and we made it through 10 holes in 3 hours. Granted, it was our first time, so it took some getting used to. But our excellent host Kimberlee explained all the ins and outs clearly, was always available for questions and bar service, and made it a great visit. Food and drink were good but I'm sure there's more to try. Definitely check this out!

claire and van were great. Atmosphere and simulators are top notch, love coming here. overall great experience.
