I've been tracking this truck for years and I have never had anything that wasn't superb. They changed the menu recently and my new favorites are the mushroom wrap, crab fried rice, and the crabbi b( crab cake sandwich). They also have a pressed sandwich with lobster, shrimp and crab with Gouda and mozzarella cheese....and it's good but was way too cheesy for me. Find them and try them immediately....

I've been waiting so long to try this food truck and I finally got the chance. I ordered my food directly from the food truck and the young lady taking the orders was super friendly and helpful. She had a long line but was still very personable. I appreciate that. I ordered the 99 problems chicken sandwich and I was so happy I could get it not spicy. The chicken sandwich had pickled peppers on it with a sauce that was out of this world! I mean the chicken sandwich was bursting with flavor! I also ordered the lobster Mac and cheese! Bay-BEE Let me tell you, it was amazing! The lobster tasted grilled and the Mac and cheese was sooooo creamy! I mean simply amazing!

Wow. Immediately added to "Favorite CLT Restaurants". Every. Single. Item. was a home run! I'm actually mad because this place isn't closer to me in Cornelius, and that it's not an actual place but a food truck that I can't eat from every day.I got the Philly Cheesesteak, 99 Problems Chicken Sandwich (Nashville style), and the Fleetwood Mac N Cheese w/Lobster.I've actually been looking around for Phillys around me and everything has been pretty trash. But this one was absolutely on point. The cheese to meat to peppers ratio was perfect, the roll was crusty and soft, the flavors were popping. Next I tried the 99 Problems Chicken Sandwich and decided to go Nashville style since I've been having trouble finding a good Nashville Chicken Sandwich around here too. I'm telling you, this is my favorite chicken sandwich I've had since moving to CLT last year. It's all about the toppings for me on this one. I'm absolutely loving these peppers, pickles, slaw, and sauce all melding together with the crispy and flavorful fried chicken for a truly great bite of food. My only complaint is I would have loved to have the breast fully dipped in the sauce rather than just on top. I could have used more heat too. But in the end it didn't spoil the sandwich at all, like I said, it's my #1 CLT chicken sandwich right now.And last but not least was the Fleetwood Mac N Cheese with Lobster added. Just perfect. The lobster/breadcrumb mixture that's added on top is sooooo goood. I hate to say it, but it's the best max and cheese I've had in CLT too. The mac and cheese is so tasty and creamy and just perfectly executed.Obviously I'm a fan haha and now I'm over here following Chef Josh Kitchens on Insta hoping he opens a restaurant in Cornelius. Dude hit me up if you want to talk business lol I'm ready to invest!

Food truck alert!! I was able to place an order when the truck was close to my neighborhood. It was super easy to order online. I got the "I'm Just a Po'Boy; Everybody Loves Me", "I got 99 problems but a Chick ain't one" and the "Fleetwood Mac". I enjoyed all of the items I ordered. The portions were a good size and I had food for days. The Mac and chicken sandwich reheated well.I want to try their beignets so I got to find them again soon. You have to check out this food truck!Best spicy chicken sandwich! Perfect amount of heat and not dry at all. Add in those crisp pickles and you've got a masterpiece. The lobster mac and cheese was a huge portion and so tasty. The crawfish and grits were good too. Keep in mind that they're grit cakes. However, it's a small portion.

Beignets with caramel,, raspberry and what ever else there was.. THIS WAS HORRIBLE....ROCKS WITH POWDERED SUGAR and sadly the one on the middle is raw. I am so disappointed....my Creole ancestors are turning over in their graves. This was not beignets that I grew up on.Wrapnrollclt

I've been wanting to try this truck since I've heard good things, so when it came to my area for lunch yesterday, we tried it. We ordered and paid online ahead of time and then went to the truck to pick up our food. I would probably just order there next time because I didn't realize there was a service fee for ordering online. We got the I'm Just a Po'Boy, Everybody Loves Me (Calamari), Fleetwood Pork Mac N Cheese, and I got 99 problems but a CHICK ain't 1!My favorite thing was the Fleetwood Pork Mac N Cheese. It was so cheesy and I loved the chipotle flavor. It did have a good kick to it too.I enjoyed both the calamari wrap and the chicken sandwich, but I think the meat could use a little improvement. The calamari was chewy and the chicken was dry. The flavors of them were great though. I'd definitely be interested in trying the rest of their menu items.

This review is based on multiple visits. Wrap'n'roll continues to be my favorite food truck because of their creative menu, incredible flavors, and friendly service. 5/6 times I've eaten from this truck have been out of this world! I'm not sure what happened the last time, maybe an off night, but the the 99 problems sandwich (my favorite) was different. On a normal night, the heat of the chicken and freshness of the apple slaw pair perfectly together, the mac and cheese is always perfectly creamy, and the lobster roll is always a hit.

I'm pretty sure I'm a regular here at this point! Every single thing on this menu is phenomenal! The Chefs on this food truck are so talented. The food selections are so carefully crafted and perfected. I could eat here every day and not get tired. I live for their beignets every Friday! But my favorite is easily the lobster roll!

The Wrap n Roll food truck is amazing! Every dish and side is absolutely delicious! Love the lobster BLT, truffle fries, Brussels sprouts and shrimp roll.
