Witherspoon Rose Culture

During the Stay In Place order. I learned that growing roses in pots were possible. So when I found Witherspoon and they only handle roses. I was beyond excited. And due to the order. It was hard for me to browse the area and ask a lot of questions. So I decided to sent an email. Tina replied almost instantly. She was patient and answered my million of questions. Then I asked her about the two that I was interested in. She said it was great and can do curbside for me. When I arrived, the smell of all the roses was addicting. It wasn't many people there so armed with my mask. I walked in to tour. I can't believe my eyes. It was beautifully landscaped and sooo many selections to pick from. Seriously some first world problems. On the far left field, you can walk to this semi maze with nothing but roses. It has all colors and all types. Truly amazing. Where have this place been all my life. A sweet lady named Audrey asked if I need help. I crack a few jokes and poor thing laughed even though it wasn't funny. But her customer service was great. I checked in with Tina at the front because I changed my mind. I wanted to have Dolly Parton one instead of All my Loving rose bush. But no problem. She nicely checked me out and I was on my way. They are knowledgable about the products and thats very pleasing. Nothing compare to going to a business when staffs knows their stuffs and passionate about it.

I can't say enough about this wonderful company and its employees. I asked to install a nine rose garden - Hybrid Tea Roses and Grandifloras. They installed the roses as well as a in the ground watering system of emitter hoses that would cover the whole garden to encourage the roots of the roses to spread out. I also had a climber on my porch that was from Witherspoon and they took on maintenance of that rose as well as the nine new roses. In early summer, when the climber got out of control after its February pruning, Mark came out and re-pruned it; when the hose wasn't working, Nick Dunn identified the problem over the phone and said he would be out Friday to fit it, and when local deer decided to get dessert with my new roses, Witherspoon said they would come install a fence to protect it. Everyone who works for the company loves working there, they love their jobs, are pleasant and show up on time and they truly have my happiness with my garden top of mind. Such a rare, rare service to find in this day, that they get a 10 on my 1-5 scale!

I absolutely love this place. If I lived closer I would go all the time. Their roses are absolutely stunning and their quality and selection are one of the best I've seen. They are the only place I'll buy a rose bush from locally.

I purchase roses from the Charlotte store and their service is TOP notch and their plants are amazing and well priced for what you get.
